Had my car here due to an accident an when I came to pick it up some had clear signs that it had been driven. the petrol was nearly empty when I left the car the tank was half full. Bluetooth was connected to an unknown phone. Becareful leaving your car with them

My car went into Turners to have a it's front bumper fixed due to the front offside side collision.
Turners got in touch with me quite quickly after I had reported it to my insurers, to make arrangements for it to be picked up from my home address.
They took really good care with my car when they picked it up and put it onto the low loader, the driver was very polite and friendly whilst dealing with me.
The staff from receptionists and managers that contacted me where polite and friendly.
I could track the progress of my car through their website which I thought was really helpful.
Turners returned my car on the date that had been arranged. On returning my car, which was when I was away, the driver that returned my car was very respectful of my property and followed my instructions on where to leave my keys.
When I got back home I checked my car over and the repair was done to a very high standard, which I would expect.
The only downside I had was that I wasn't contacted about when my car was going to be returned to me back at my house, I found this out when I got in touch with my insurance about something else to do with my claim.
Also I found out that my new offside headlight hadn't been aligned properly before I got the car back and was blinding other road users at night.
I must say that when I approached this with Turners they was very apologetic about it and asked me to book it into another garage near me to get it sorted and would reimburse me any monies paid, this I did.
Overall a very pleasant and professional service provided by Turners.

From the outset of my contact with Turners I could not be more pleased with their service. My vehicle was collected at a time convenient for me. I was advised of the process of what would happen next and received an email which gave me a link to an app which let me know on a daily basis how work was progressing. Once my car was ready to be collected I was informed as to when I wished for this to be. I was able to drop my hire car off with them and return home in my fully repaired car which had been valeted.
Highly delighted with the repair and service.

Courtesy car was on my drive really quick, and whilst doing repairs on my car they kept in touch 1-2 times a week with updates. Car was immaculate when I got it back. All staff were amazing.
