Car was taken to turners for an insurance repair after someone drove into it. Couple of weeks later got it back with an engine fault which was diagnosed as an dodgy coil causing a misfire but weirdly the dodgy coil that was faulty had green paint splattered all over it which makes me think that someone had took out one of mine and replaced it with a dodgy one also the screen washer wasn’t plugged back in after having a new wing. Driver side door creaks everytine I open it obviously not done job right. Definitely won’t be renewing policy with current insurer as they use turners.

Turners at Kiveton have been absolutely brilliant looking after my partner’s car. From the moment they collected it, they kept us informed every step of the way. The repair was completed quicker than I expected, and the quality of the finish was top-notch.

After my unfortunate accident with a deer my insurance company gave me a choice of accident repair shop . I picked Turner accident repair shop because of location to where I lived. I could not have been happier with the repair it was booked in with a time convenient to me,a curtesy car was arranged through Turner accident with enterprise car hire and the repair took only 2 days. I was kept informed every step of the repair with text email and telephone it was very professional and a very painless would highly recommend

The work Turners did on our car's bodywork was perfect. They turned up on time to collect our car and delivered the temporary replacement. The work on our car was completed earlier than they had said. The inside and outside of our car were thoroughly cleaned. I couldn't fault them at all.

From the first phone call I felt at ease, they arranged to pick my car up from my home, I was able to track my repairs as they were being done, when everything was done they rang me to arrange delivery to my home, I was really pleased with the service from the staff at Turners and would definitely use them again.

Your response to them passing on my claim was so prompt I had barely put the phone down with their agent who said you would contact me shortly. I filled out the relevant forms you requested and within hours you had arranged to collect and deliver a courtesy car , and repair my vehicle repaired within a week and deliver it back the next week, your staff kept me constantly informed of the progress. Everything was first class. Great repair I thought my car was a right off,kept informed about what was going on with it,when I picked it up, it was explained to me exactly what had been done(in layman's terms) so could understand.
