Turn It Up Records sells a wide range of records including imports, selling them at fair prices. There was an issue with my order (manufacturing issue) and Ben went above and beyond to resolve it for me really quickly. You don't get this kind of service from large companies and I'm really happy to support a small business. I will definitely be buying from here again!

This is an amazing company to buy from, and the owner is genuinely an amazing person. There is such a big selection of vinyl; I have ordered from here a couple of times, and the service has been outstanding every time.
My latest order, I missed out on the initial sale and was disappointed as it was something I really wanted. He kept that in mind and, when he had a potential order cancellation, he got in touch with me straight away, and kept me updated on the situation, and when the cancellation was final, he stayed in constant contact with me to ensure that I got the last one in stock (even though this was now evening time).
Not many people would help customers like this. I am genuinely really happy and satisfied by both the company and the owner :)

No more paying ridiculous customs fees or waiting forever for deliveries from overseas. They’ve made it so much easier to get those coveted Urban Outfitters pressings—like Megan Thee Stallion’s new album, which I recently grabbed from them. Typically, these resell for outrageous prices, but at Turn It Up, I got it for a much more reasonable cost!
