Bequia is a gem of an island; so quiet and relaxing. We stayed in Admiralty bay for the first part of the holiday on a b&b basis so we could explore the restaurants but then moved on to Bequia beach resort which was outstanding. Definitely a plan!

Working with Milly at The Turquoise Holiday Company was AMAZING! I mean talk about above and beyond! Securing us a week when we had missed the promotional deadline (my fault due to lack of organization) she made it happen! Then arranging everything for us so I had nothing to think about! Our trip to Six Senses in the Maldives was the best holiday we have ever had and because of the seamless organisation of Milly it made it so enjoyable in the lead up as everything was done for us! Even reminders and the app facility is superb!

Third time we have used Turquoise and just returned from another great trip. Recommend them and working with Milly was great.

Our holiday was very attractively presented and organised and the hotels came up to expectations. It was an exciting experience and adventure!

On plus side, Zannier Hotel was a good discovery; Vietage luxury carriage on the railway was an interesting novelty; Hoi An 4 Seasons villa choice good, though interior not so user-friendly.

Trip almost a disaster on the weather front starting with 5 cool overcast days, but recovered just in time. Several minor logistic irritations from unexpectedly poor TQ communications with agents

This was the first time that we had used Turquoise. We dealt with Mandy Wood hhrough the whole booking procedure. She made the whole experience a lot easier and dealt with all our enquiries professionally and promptly.
The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was due to a couple of issues. These did not spoil our holiday. The first, involved our driver not turning up at Singapore airport. A replacement was found and Turquoise refunded us the money we had paid. So situation resolved. Also on our arrival at the Hotel we found out we had a 6 hour wait to get into our room. Hotel upgraded us so we could get settled sooner, but we did have to pay. On our return home Turquoise again did compensate us. So we felt OK about this. I would say it would have been helpful to have known about this big delay to get into our rooms.
With all of this in mind I would happily recommend Turquoise. A lot due to the personalised experience with Msndy Wood. I would use them again.

All the hotels were excellent, great value for money. The Metropole in Hanoi has so much history, fascinating. The transport group, Trails of Indochina, were very reliable and punctual. Good, safe drivers too. This was a great holiday, thank you....

She was able to book a discounted rate for accommodation, so that the quote from Turquoise Holidays was less than other travel agents. We were delighted with Lux Ari Atoll which delivered everything we had asked for plus some wonderful super-friendly staff. Our advisor, Chris was so helpful and made the process (from booking to travel to the stay) so seamless. He was really responsive to all my questions and available at all times if we had any uncertainties.

Stuart Matthews arranged an amazing holiday for us to Oman! It was fantastic - we stayed in the mountains, in the desert and then at a resort. He arranged a guide who was with us for a few days and again this was a great way to hear about the country and its culture and people. This is the fifth trip we have booked through Stuart and would thoroughly recommend Turquoise.

Anthony listened carefully to our brief and came up with a cost-effective, slightly out there (for us ) recommendation in the Caribbean. We are really glad we came back to Turquoise, and will definitely do so again for the personal and thoughtful service.
