Tweetdelete 

This service is a scam. I paid for a full year, but not a single tweet was removed. Helpdesk just ignores my request.

Refund was obtained after the credit card company was involved.

The service does not work, it has not deleted a single tweet and support have ignored my request for help entirely, other than sending an email saying they’ll get back to me.
It appears to be a scam.

Achtung, Abobetrug. Es wurde nicht daruf hingewiesen, dass das Abo ein Jahr gilt. Unbegrenztes Löschen von Tweets stimmt auch nicht. Nach 50 war Schluss.

Wer Geld rauswerfen will, ist hier richtig.

Da der Support NICHT antwortet, Nähe der Grenze zu Betrug.

Dann lieber TweetDeleter (auf das R am Ende achten, das funktioniert wenigstens einigermaßen.

Used to be good, but nolonger deletes replies. Very dangerous.

This site is entirely non-functional. I have over 2,000 tweets and likes which i wanted to delete to refresh my presence on x / twitter. This site could only find and delete 187 of them. From my experience, it is entirely unfit for purpose and represents a serious misrepresentation in terms of UK trade law. As such, it should be shut down. I am going to try to progress my attempt to prevent any further payments being made to what looks, ultimately, to be a scam site.

They couldn t delete my tweets, not with a premium paid account. So you have to pay upfront, they dont do what they promiss to do. I wanted my money back, and said that I would contact the cc company. Then they said they would refund me, which they did not. So after another months wait, I did contact my creditcard company, told tweet delete I would do so, and all of a sudden they said they would reimburse.

Service is broken but they still charge for it. Refunds are impossible. I eventually used Circleboom and that worked

They are scammers. Not able to delete the tweet even after to pay the premium account.
And they tell me that I used the app to delete few tweets out of thousands (because their app doesn't work properly), so they will not refund me.
Stay away. They can't delete all your tweets even if they they can do it to make you pay.

I bought a subscription because I wanted to delete about 12 thousand tweets. Their service simply did not work, and they refused to issue a refund to my credit card.

I tried deleting tweets via their WebUI, which worked only 20% of the time and was buggy and slow. So I decided to try their advanced upload option. That also was buggy and did not work at all.

In the past 3 days I have exchange 12 emails to their support team. Their support team responds with suggestions - I try their suggestions and still nothing works. I asked for a refund and they refused because I was able to delete some tweets (around 800). But I wanted to delete 12 thousand! And the reason I couldn't was because your service is broken!

If your service doesn't work for the whole reason it was created (to delete tweets) then you shouldn't be in business charging people.

I purchased the pro package. Created a task to delete 500 tweets a month. First month it deleted 367 Tweets but after that nothing happened. 3 Months went by and nothing works. I reached out to their customer service, and the response was to try again. The website says Guaranteed results or it's free. I requested for a refund. They said it's non refundable. I wrote them explaining the situation, no response.

Scam - I paid for a subsciption to be able to batch-delete posts on X/Twitter. The site never showed any of my posts, so I could never delete any of my posts.

Their product simply doesn't work at all.

The so-called "customer service" gives unclear answers or copy-paste standard texts, clearly trying to make the customer give up.

I've found using Tweetdelete completely frustrating; I've asked for help from them repeatedly without ever receiving clear instructions. I've ended up just deleting posts one by one by myself. I would not recommend this company. Terrible customer service and not user friendly

Please stay away from these people, they are worse than theives, I paid for a $2.90 month contract & when they took the money from my debit card it read $35. & they won’t return my money
