It's a scam. Website not working majority of the time.

Avoid this company. It does not provide a service once taking your money. The service does not work and they do not answer your emails.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! YouTube reviews are fake videos bought and paid for. Tweet Delete DOESNT WORK. IT DOESNT WORK! They also know that it doesn’t work so they don’t offer refunds EVER! They will take your money and run. I bought 1 month and learned in 10 minutes that it didn’t even work. I tried to cance immediately but I was told too bad we don’t do refunds go away. THIS must be reported as a scam by now. It doesn’t do 75% of what it is advertised to do.

Absolute pits. Paid an annual fee up front to delete over 3000 tweets per month and after only a few months it stopped working for over a month. But it gets worse. When it came back I found my account had been changed to only 500 tweets monthly. When I questioned this they said they had revamped the company and I'd have to suck it up. I've now made a claim to my credit card company for a full refund for breaking contract and taken my business else where so they've also lost repeat business. And don't be fooled by TweetEraser as it's same company.

They take your money but won't give you the service. If you need support, they will copy/paste a response until you get tired of it and give up.
They change what they provide all the time but will not give you your money back.
Stay away.

This is a scam company as reported by other users. After taking my money (lifetime subscription), they withdrew their service and refused to refund. The excuse they used for not refunding, was that their scam affected all their customers. To be honest, the service never worked anyway so it wasn’t actually a loss in respect of the service they provided. Avoid.

Don't give them a cent. The product doesn't work and the crooks refuse to give a refund. I was stupid and didn't check reviews first but please read them and save your money.

It's a scam, and they're misrepresenting who they are. This is the SAME company as TweetEraser, but they pretend to be separate companies.

They don't send any order confirmation/transaction receipt via email or Twitter, or present clear terms of service.

The services doesn't do what's advertised. When you follow the instructions to carry out a task, the option either does exist (the menu/button literally isn't there), or it doesn't work.

This is a scam. It used to work but it has not worked in a long time. A simple google search shows mountains of evidence of this. Yet they are still taking people’s money. When I asked for a refund they told me they don’t do refunds and they’re working on a solution for the issue. I found the same email sent to multiple people for months.

I protested and they responded by asking for my login info. Um no.

I disputed the transaction and placed a stop payment on any future transactions from that company. Next step is reporting to the FTC and any other relevant agency. I also intend to report them to their domain and any other service they’re using.

Additionally, the 5 star reviews are fraudulent. The site is not functional so there is no way they are legitimate reviews.

Services did not work. Company responded to email that it was being worked on and to wait. After several days I requested a refund and they refuse to respond.

If you want to be refund, tell them that you’re going to file a lawsuit against them because their services don’t work so THEY HAVE TO REFUND YOU. It’s illegal to sell something or a service that you know from the beginning is not working.
I wrote to the email on the website.
Give them your transaction and your username.
It’s what just happen to me. They said they couldn’t refund me due to policy, and I told them that I will get a lawyer and SUE their asses, and even make a group lawsuit against them cause no policy like that should or IS legal... As soon as I said that, they offered me a refund solution !

Total scam, not working and the do not refund money

Scam site. The service has not worked in a long time. Customer service emails end only in them telling you have to wait for them to fix the X API access problem and they do not refund or respond further when you call the out on this or ask why they are even still accepting credit card payments for a long broken service. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I had to cancel my credit card because of these scammers. Do not grant them access to your Twitter/X account. Revoke the app permissions in your X privacy and security dashboard if you have.

WARNING! It worked before, but now, as you can see in these comments people complaining about, isn't working, after I paid, it deleted only 100, not more and it stopped!

Site didn't work after 1/4 of my credits were used. They kept saying that they were trying to solve the problem. No solution in 4 weeks. No refund was given.

they'll make you pay, then explain to you that the service is exceptionally not working. Spoiler : it will never work and you'll never get a refund

This service is not working. Of course they don’t tell you that until you’ve paid. Stay well away! There are free apps that actually work!

Scam. Not working. Not able to connect to my Twitter account. They say it's an error in their own systems, but nevertheless refuse to refund my money. Fraud. Better stay away from this!
