I placed an international order since it was allowed. Aftern 2 months, the package is lost and I had no answers, no replacement nor refund. Awful

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago was meant to be delivered 8 days ago but hasn't, customer service is not good and messages aren't being answered, This was a birthday gift. I am still none the wiser as to what has happened as no contact for days. Have requested refund but no reply to that either. Telephone number doesn't work either so there is no way to contact them. Extremely disappointed, I would not recommend, sorry.

I never received the product after a month, and the store is not providing any information.

I ordered an amber bee pendant as a gift, but the first item arrived with a chip on the tail. I returned it, and a replacement was sent, unfortunately this also had the same defect in the same area, so I had to return that one as well.

The seller was polite when he did respond, and the £125 purchase price was eventually refunded, but only after multiple reminders. He also offered to reimburse both return postage costs (£5.49 and £10.99), requested receipts, and once I sent these my messages were not responded to for over 3 weeks.

A month later, the postage costs have still not been refunded, despite being given plenty of time, and being told it was difficult to process.

Overall, this meant repeated chasing, delays, and unfulfilled promises.

I’ve since seen the same large amber bee available in Cambridge for around £90 (compared to the £135 it is now listed for here), so it also appears significantly overpriced.

One star given for polite communication when received, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend.

I enjoy my shopping time with Twelve Silver Trees, the Website is Beautiful and and a Pleasure to see all of the most unique jewelry pieces and as I have a Passion for Foxes and Horses I can find just what i am looking for ! The handwritten thank you cards are so nice. I highly encourage others to find their special piece of jewelry

I ordered a silver necklace from them and the price was phenomenal! I saved like $50 compared to other places! The shipping time took a little while, but it was definitely worth the wait. I would highly recommend this small business if you are thinking about buying.

Very nice company to deal with. The earrings I ordered went astray in the post but they did their best to get replacements sent. They were very responsive and communcations were friendly and helpful.
