We had a lovely holiday, the cobalt appartment is clean and well equipped and the sea view perfect. We were a family of five so space was a little tight and due to the remote location a car is essential. The town of Costa Calma is about 10 minutes by car and there are loads of nice beaches to visit. The information pack provided was fantastic with lots of ideas for places to visit. For a peaceful and relaxing holiday, I would highly recommend it.

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questa bellissima location, dal balcone di casa si possono ammirare albe meravigliose, e a poche centinaia di metri c’è una delle spiagge più lunghe e belle dell’isola la Playa de Sotavento.
Appartamento attrezzato bene, doccia , cucina , camera da letto. Ci rivedremo al prox anno.

We spent a magnificent holiday in the apartment with spendid unspoiled ocean view, situated just outside the city of Costa Calma and within walking distance of the Sotavento beach windsurf rental.

We found it to be at a competitive price point and enjoyed Elisa's personal approach with extensive information and clear instructions.

We stayed in Cobalt apartment in Residence Playa Paraiso near Costa Calma. We had a such a good time. Elissa was very responsive to our queries. The apartment was so comfortable and had fabulous views. At first we were not sure of the location but once we found the paths to the beach and across to Costa Calma, we absolutely loved it as was so peaceful. The beach was amazing and we enjoyed sea dipping there on less windy days. The pool was a bit chilly in Feb but nice for a short swim. Thankl you Elissa for a great stay we will be booking again!

We have used this company 3 times now to book an apartment in Jandia , they are well organised and their communication is excellent , we have no problem in recommending them

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,l'appartamento è carino ed ha uno splendido panorama da un delizioso terrazzino,è completo di tutto!!Elisa è stata sempre gentile e accorta alle nostre esigenze! Conosciamo molto bene questa isola ed anche questa volta non ci ha deluso!

We had an amazing weekend in TwentyFirst Living’s property. Elisa was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed very much.

This is our second visit to Palm Garden and what a brilliant location just a stones throw from a fantastic beach. Our apartment was clean tidy and had everything required for a self catering break although there are some superb bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
Overall another great stay and will definitely return in the future

Ho trascorso io e mio marito una vacanza in questa magnifica isola, la casa era perfetta, nuova, pulita e silenziosa vicinissima al mare e al centro del paese.
Io che sono molto pignola nella pulizia e nei comfort, ve la consiglio sicuro.

Abbiamo fatto una vacanza nell'appartamento Isola d'Elba - Porto Azzurro, e abbiamo trovato un piccolo gioiello appena ristrutturato a pochi passi dal centro.
La conformazione dell'isola ci ha permesso di visitare ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa scoprendo sempre nuovi scorci tra acque cristalline e fondali meravigliosi.
Abbiamo cenato a casa nello splendido terrazzo ma anche in alcuni ristoranti del centro o in agriturismo sulle alture ed ogni volta è stata un'emozione diversa ma sempre coinvolgente; prima di andare a letto una passeggiata tra i banchetti del mercatino di Porto Azzurro assaporando un gelato artigianale non poteva mancare.
Consigliamo a tutti una vacanza in questo splendido appartamento ed in questa isola così accogliente.

Sono appena tornata da una lunga vacanza nell'appartamento Isola d'Elba - Porto Azzurro dove oltre al Servizio impeccabile ho passato giorni indimenticabili tra le numerose e stupende spiagge che offre l'isola.
Ho gustato la cena ogni sera in un ristorante diverso tutti di alta qualità a pochi minuti dall'appartamento e mi sono persa tra i banchetti del Simpatico mercatino di Porto Azzurro. I miei figli giocavano in piazza e dopo un gelato da zero gradi tutti a casa con una rapidissima passeggiata che porta nel silenzio subito fuori dal baccano del centro.
Consiglio a tutti una vacanza così comoda e allo stesso tempo variegata grazie alla conformazione dell'isola che permette di avere tutto vicino e di vedere panorami e spiagge differenti in soli 30 minuti di macchina

Very nice, bright and clean apartment.
The manager is very nice and answers questions very quickly.
Outside of the holiday season it was very quiet and you could relax really well.

We absolutely recommend the cobalt apartment as we have passed an amazing week! It was really cute and beautiful, well equiped and with a stunning view!! Perfect balcony to see the sunrise and take your aperitif :). Moreover it is really well situated as it is only 15 minutes from the beach of sotavento and the Rene Egli station.Especially if you do windsurf or kite it is perfect as you can see the conditions and be prepared!
Elisa was always really helpful and was responding really quickly. We are looking forward to returning!!

The apartment was very clean with well-functioning internet and kitchen. The terrace has a stunning view on the ocean. I spent there one week, partially home office, partially vacation. I can really recommend that place. I will definitely come back one day

L'appartamento è molto bello, ben equipaggiato, spazioso e luminoso, esattamente come appare nelle foto. La vista sull'oceano è spettacolare. Elisa è molto rapida ed efficiente nel gestire al meglio la pratiche di check in e eventuali richieste. Da migliorare materasso e illuminazione. Assolutamente raccomandato anche per la posizione strategica, appena fuori dalla città ma semplice da raggiungere e ottima per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge del sud.

Spacious flat with amazing view. It’s all very clean and nice, the kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine. The terrace is spacious with incredible view on the coast. I couldn’t recommend more this flat. The tenant are very nice and responsive.

The flat has an amazing view over the ocean, best thing you can have as soon as you wake up in the morning.

We found a wonderful and unique location with sea view and huge terrasse. The Green room had everything inside which was needed. Host was available and very much helpful whenever needed. Only one Whatsapp was enough and we always received prompt reply. We can fully recommend 1st Living and the Green Room in Residence Playa Paraiso!!

The help provided by this time of Covid was invaluable. Thank you for your concern.
