We stayed 3 weeks in one of the apartments from twenty first living.
It was a great stay , we enjoyed every single day !
Everything was very clean and the communication with one of the managers, Elisa, was also very easy and we didn't have to wait for an answer .
We would definitely recommend it for future guests and would love to come back ! 😊
PS: and it's only a 10 minutes walk to the beach and it's not in one of the typical "touristic places" , what we really appreciated!

Trés bon séjour dans cet appart confortable très au calme avec terrasse, vue imprenable et piscine. Je recommande , seul l’accès au moins 2 fait bcp d'escalier a monter et les places de parking sont parfois un peu loin quand on rentre tard..

We spent a great holiday in this apartment. There is a full kitchen, big bathroom and nice terrace. This place is close to amazing sand beaches. All communication with the landlord was kind and helpful. I warmly recommend.

We rented an apartment in Playa Paraiso Residence 3. Not the newest building, but all comfort is present as you would expect on a holiday residence in such an environment. Situated in a higher part of Costa Calma you have an amazing view over the ocean and Costa Calma down low. Only accessible by car, but then again it's worth it, waking up in the morning and overlooking the ocean and beach, 500m from where you're drinking your morning cup. The wind is always there but that's Fuerteventura, and in the end you're happy to be cool at night.

Everything in the apartment is present to feel at home; from spices to soap and towels, a good television and a good shower. The residence we rented was very well taken care of by the owners.

The landlady (by email but she's a boss) and household are absolutely fine people and easy going, my compliments for that.

Superb property! They think of everything and the stay was like being at home away from home. One of the best property management services that I have ever experienced: very professional, responsive and the website has a lot of detailed and useful information. I highly recommend working with Elisa.

We had a lovely time. We stayed at the green and orange flats. The orange one was lovely, recently renovated and very welcoming. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us and the flat was beautifully clean. The green flat however needed some renovation. It was pleasant, but there were a few things that didn't work ( the tap in the kitchen only had hot water, there was a light bulb missing in the bathroom and the furniture wasn't very comfortable, no TV.... ) The host knew that and confirmed that the flat will be renovated shortly. The views and the area were gorgeous.

As an owner of an apartment in Fuerteventura,we had been badly let down by a rental company. It had got to the point that we were considering selling as there were not too many choices available. Luckily,we discovered 21Living. From the very beginning they have been totally professional and proactive.

It was always our intentional to be “ legal” from the start,21 Living advised us and made this seamless,giving us peace of mind.

sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr ordentlich und sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toller Blick auf das Meer. Gute Lage. Wir kommen 2020 wieder dorthin.

Sinds 1995 boeken wij, voor de zomervakantie, een pakketreis naar Aparthotel Palm Garden op Fuerteventura.
Voor de zomer van 2019 werd deze reis niet meer aangeboden en waren wij genoodzaakt te zoeken naar een alternatief voor deze pakketreis.
Via Booking.com werden verschillende (gerenoveerde) appartementen in Palm Garden aangeboden.
Op de site, bij het appartement van onze keuze, stond een link naar de beheerder, Elisa van TwentyFirst Living.
Omdat het voor ons de eerste keer was dat wij een losse accommodatie boekten, hebben wij veelvuldig e-mail contact gehad met Elisa. Dit contact was bijzonder plezierig en zij heeft ons, op al onze vragen, een duidelijk antwoord kunnen geven. Voor ons als Hollanders was het wel even een dingetje dat alle communicatie in het Engels verliep; maar mijn 'school Engels' bleek geen probleem.
Wij hebben met haar een overeenkomst gesloten voor een verblijf van 17 nachten in appartement 317 van Aparthotel Palm Garden. Een uitstekend appartement; een compleet ingerichte, moderne keuken, een prachtige badkamer met wasmachine, een slaapkamer met uitstekende bedden en een bijzonder groot balkon/terras met een prachtig uitzicht op zee en strand.
Supermarkt is onder het complex en het strand op nog geen 500 meter.
Het appartement biedt een uitstekende basis voor een zon, zee en strandvakantie.
Ook verdient Manuela het te worden vermeld in deze review. Zij vertegenwoordigt TwentyFirst Living ter plaatse. Als er iets mankeert in het appartement of er ontbreekt iets is zij, via Whatsapp, het aanspreekpunt. Bij ons was de glijstang van de douche kapot en brak de steel van de bezem. De volgende dag hadden wij nieuwe.
TwentyFirst Living en appartement 317 in Palm Garden zijn beslist een aanrader.

(great sunsets).
Very quiet and isolated spot but well positioned to explore south and center of the island.
Clean suite equipped with everything we could need, with fully equipped kitchen.

Great pool for kids for the afternoon fun.
Last but not least: very kind and helpful host, Elisa.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo entusiasti di aver soggiornato una settimana in questo appartamento. Si affaccia su una delle più belle spiaggie di Fuerteventura, a sud di costa calma, rinomata per ospitare i campionati mondiali di Windsurf e Kitesurf. Le stanze sono spaziose e luminose, curate nei particolari. Bagno ben progettato con doccia e doppio lavandino. Il complesso è ben tenuto e dispone di una magnifica piscina. A pochi minuti in macchina si raggiunge Costa Calma dove ci sono supermercati, ristoranti e negozi. I proprietari dell'appartamento sono due persone disponibili ed estremamente gentili.
