I was honestly a bit nervous buying from this site after seeing some other reviews, but was pleasantly surprised to get my boots within days of ordering. Super happy because I was struggling to find these boots elsewhere

I really love how the boots look but…
I really love how the boots look, but I feel some poor structure in the sole. Also, I want it the ultimate winter boots, and I like how the fur seems, but up close they are fur balls that make that furry look, which I don’t like that much when you are sit, because they are balls without balance, I was hoping fue an even fur along the boot. I’ll keep it but I don’t know if is a shoe that would last.

Too small
Fast shipping but shoe sizes are off. I ordered a size 8 but the shoe could fit someone who wears a size 6. Will be returning.

So sorry to hear the shoes did not fit. Unfortunately, everyone's sizing varies from person to person, as do everyone's "True to Size". That is why we have the 30 days return policy for exchange or refunds on unworn items. 16 years in the shoe biz and one person say this shoe fits true to size, while another says to small, and another says to big.

Horrible shipping experience. Does not answer phone calls or emails. Shoes took over 3 weeks to ship. Will not be ordering again

I’m usually a size 8 in demonias and I read the reviews on the demonia site and people suggest to get a size up cause they run small so I got a size 9 and they fit perfect :)!!! And they are so easy light and comfortable to walk in it took a couple of wears to break in the part with the spider web design

I’m pleasantly pleased with the service. Boots run really small so I had to order a size 9. I made contact via text and someone responded the next day. I returned the first pair of size 8 boots and purchased a size 9 my payment was returned less than a week. I would order again. Thanks
