When I asked for an adjusted ETA due to the way Covid has been slowing things down I was told two weeks. Two weeks TO THE DAY the item was shipped and even arrived a day earlier than the estimated shipping time. Very impressed with the accuracy and integrity to stick to the promised amount of processing time.

By far the sweetest boots I've ever owned. I thought these would look like Doc Martin's...they are much chunkier and way cooler!! Love these boots!!!

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, helping with fit which was important since the boots were for a photoshoot, and I couldn't guess how they might fit when I wouldn't see the model until the shoot. But it worked out. Will definitely check here first for the next shoot.
