Twiggytags Opiniones

I purchased a matching harness and lead for my puppy. Unfortunately the lead had a defect which I reported to customer service via email. Ella dealt with my issue promptly and could not have been more helpful. Her efficient and professional manner ensured a smooth and positive resolution.
I should point out that the quality of the harness and lead is excellent. The issue with the lead I received was clearly a one off.
Twiggy Tags are superb in relation to the quality of their goods and their customer service. Thank you again Ella, you are a credit to your employers.

The best collars and harness and leads for all dogs !!! My cane corso was hard to control until he got his ridge scramble harness and collar!! Lois is amazing with any question from sizes and also whats best to fit !! The best and healthy people for your dogs needs

I love the colours, the collection and the quality.
We have a harness and just got a long line. I have tried so many harnesses on my dog and nothing seemed quite right - Until we found twiggy tags.
Unfortunately the long line is just too heavy for my 14kg dog when we use it in grass.
I wish they made it in a not so wide version.
The line is still in a very good quality and the material is lovely.
I wonder why the weight og width isn’t specified on their page.
I love how they have international shipping.

Had an issue with a buckle on an apex harness I purchased and the customer service were very helpful in getting the problem resolved . This was great as my dog loves the harness, it’s secure but not too heavy or restrictive

I ordered the small apex harness and collar, due to outstanding reviews. Unfortunately the wrong size collar was shipped, however, I must point out I did request fast delivery and it was just human error, these things happen. It's how a company rectify this that matters, upon being advised this wonderful company had shipped out a replacement that was delivered in 2 days and sent free postage to return the incorrect collar. A massive big shout out to Ella, you are wonderful...thank you!
On to the products, absolutely gorgeous, and more to the point, super comfortable. Very easy to order the correct size harness thanks to the very detailed video from the company, this way you can see what constitutes, too small, too large and perfect fit. They do size slightly differently to harnesses I've purchased before, so would advise on watching the video, super helpful.
I've previously had a very good, reputable brand harness before the Apex harness...but this is another level of good. So comfortable for my dog, also, my dog wears this when travelling in the car, we have a car seat that attached to the isofix fittings, in his previous harness he was uncomfortable, in this harness tethered to the headrest attachment he endured a 4 hour car journey with zero distress, no panting, I believe this harness has made all the difference to his car journeys due to the comfort levels, same for the return journey, it's the first time he has slept happily in the car. 100% recommended.

My boy has been living in twiggy tags since he was a pup. I love the style and fit of their harnesses as they don’t restrict movement and they come in so many great designs. Their multiway leads are amazing as they are so versatile I never leave the house without one. Lo and the team are always so helpful before and after any purchase

Lyla lives in her comfy and practical TT harnie sets, we love the vibrant colours. We have two seatbelts, one for the car/van. She always has her TrekBright & safety lights on to make her easily seen on night walks as a black dog. Her multi-way lead is perfect for camping adventures 🖤

Iv tried and tested so many different brands of harnesses and by far twiggytags have been the best. My absolute favourite is the apex with the waterproof lead and collar. I love how they fit my 3 year old Dalmatian Meeko. Iv really struggled to find a harness that fit nicely on him and supports without hurting him. The waterproof collar and lead are brilliant, they are comfy and wipe clean easily. Being a massive fan, iv also got the adventure harness 2 in lagoon and yet again fits beautifully on him. The quality is fab too!

The best dog gear! All the gear is strength tested which is a must when you have a reactive dog. Apex harness was a game changer for my dog, the most perfect fit.

We absolutely love Twiggy Tags and everything they stand for! Such a beautiful brand with incredible products! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

We absolutely love the Apex Harnesses! Great for dogs that pull and wash up really well!! Great quick service on all queries and questions

We love our TwiggyTags stuff!! Lo and the team have always been amazingly helpful and gone above and beyond to answer any questions we’ve had. Everything is always excellent quality and the awareness range has really helped us when out with our reactive dog

We ordered an adventure harness and multiway leads for our dogs. The delivery was quick, response prompt and products excellent.
We are very happy with our purchases

I have bought two car harnesses for my dog. They are brilliant, easy to use and I feel my dog is so much safer in using.
It was lovely using a small company who look after their customers.

We absolutely love Twiggy Tags and have been using their products since our dog was a puppy. The quality is excellent and they’ve always been reliable and hard‑wearing. What really sets Twiggy Tags apart is the customer service – they’re consistently friendly, helpful and genuinely care. On the couple of occasions we’ve made a mistake with sizing, they sorted it out quickly and swapped the sizes with no hassle at all. Such a lovely brand with fantastic products and support. Highly recommend!

We have been using Twiggy tags since we brought our pup home. The quality is the best out there and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They are always putting their customers first and always answer any questions and go above and beyond if you need help with sizing or anything else.

Great overall experience, delivery was fast and reliable.
Lead and harness were both incredible x

Really great products. Our dog Bonnie looks so smart in her Twiggy Tags collar and harness. Excellent quality and so easy to click on and off. Great customer service too.

Product arrived quicker than expected and we were very pleased. Matching harness, collar and multiway lead all looked beautiful together but were also strong enough to handle my 38Kg bulldog cross.

Quick delivery, amazing products and service. Will definitely be ordering again and recommending
