J'ai commandé des protèges tibias le 13 janvier 2022 d'une valeur d'une centaine d'euros cadeau pour ma fille.
La somme m'a été prélevée 4 jours après la commande passée. Au bout de 4 semaines toujours pas reçu de commandé je l'ai contacte par mail ils me répondent qu'il y a du du retard sur ma commande que les produits sont beaucoup demandés dans le monde donc que ma commande renconte 1 à 4 semaines de retard bon je me dit ça arrive après 4 autres semaines plus tard toujours pas de nouvelles de ma commande je renvois un mail et la le même discours qu'il y a encore du retard mais qu'ils allaient faire un geste un remboursement de 10% et qu'ils s'engagent à m'expédier ma commande dans les 21 jours sinon j'aurai un remboursement de 10% supplémentaire et ben au bout d'un mois de plus toujours rien je renvoi un autre mail en disant que commençait a bien faire et que je demandais l'annulation de ma commande et le remboursement ils me répondent très vite que ma demande et prise en compte que je vais recevoir un mail de confirmation de l'annulation de ma commande et que le remboursement se fera dans 10 jours sur mon compte déjà 2 semaine et toujours rien et je n'y crois plus.

Avoid this company at all cost as it is not associated with the real Twins brand based in Thailand. It is a scam using counterfeit Twins products under the famous Twin brand name. They are trying to stop genuine Twins distributors from selling the real Twins products.

Fraudulent and scam website, is not actually associated with the authentic Twins brand and company in Thailand.

Scam Company, they take your money right away and never deliver the boxing gloves...buyer's beware this is a totally inept company and illicit company!

This is a scam website DO NOT order from here. Reverse all charges through your payment system. Just like every one else I ordered based on the Twins name and never received merchandise.

I placed an Order for Pads/Mitts and Shorts on 08/01 - I was told after the Order was processed and money taken, that delivery would be delayed due to COVID and it would take 4 weeks. It was disappointing to be told after the Order, but I accepted it. After chasing them every week for an update/confirmed delivery date, four weeks passed for Pat (contact) to then reply and state, they would refund the money, it has been 2 weeks since this E-mail and still no refund. I have contacted Lloyds and they said it would be passed onto the Fraud Department for further review. Avoid this Company, it is a complete scam!!

I haven’t received Muay Thai shorts. I ordered them in October and in January I asked for a refund. They said they’ll have the money back in my account in 10 working days, still no money. They also won’t respond to my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is a total scam. Only has one email address and no other contact details.. They stop replying my mission is to shut these guys down..

if i could get them 0 stars i would they are a total scam, i ordered £104 worth of stuff and had it refunded, been 3 months now and still havent got my refund!!!!

I paid this company $443 in September 2021 and still haven’t received anything. I send emails and they reply that my order is processing or has changed.
Stay away from this company!!!

Total SCAM! Stay away from this website. I ordered a pair of pads and didn’t get nothing!

I ordered 2 pairs of gloves at £135. Gloves did not arrive on time and I had no message about them. I emailed them and basically got the same message everyone else has on this forum. They were special order 2-4 weeks ect. I emailed back said I need a refund, again usual email about 10 day wait for financial team ect. So I did my investigation and found this forum and that the company were currently in a stage of bankruptcy. I didn't wait for anymore emails from them about refunds as I believe its all a delaying tactic. I applied for a charge back via my bank which was very easy to do and had the money back in my account within 24 hours. You need to act fast tho, if it goes over 120 days after purchase date its not straight forward. Maybe this is why they try to delay your delivery or refund for as long as possible.

I purchased it on October 8th, 2021 and have not received the product so far.
They stopped answering me and whenever they answered, they said that the product is being much sought after by the world.

C'est un scandale et une grande arnaque ce site ! j'ai commandé des gants twins, commande 8238 d'un montant de presque 100 $. Aucune nouvelle de l'envoi, j'écris un mail on me donne un délais de 4 semaine max et on me propose le remboursement. Je décide d'attendre. Au terme de ces 4 semaines rien, j'écris à nouveau, on me donne un nouveau délais approximatif max 4 semaines en me disant que ce sont des gants rares fabriqués à la main, on me propose une réduction pour de nouveaux achats. Je refuse et demande le remboursement. On me dit que c'est pris en compte et que le service concerné va faire le nécessaire. Un mois depuis s'est écoulé et toujours rien ! Ils n'ont pas le stock, ils mentent aux clients en évoquant des délais qu'ils ne respectent pas. Qu'il plus est, ils ne procèdent pas au remboursement. Comme écrit dans mon mail, si mon remboursement n'arrive pas dans le 7 jours je vais engager des poursuites judiciaires et dénoncerait ce site sur 60 millions de consommateur et auprès de la DGCCRF. Je solliciterai également le service d'accueil du consommateur des directions départementales de la protection des populations à savoir la DDPP. Je demanderai le soutien des associations de défense des consommateurs. Je contacterai également la FEVAD suite à ce litige s'il n'est pas rapidement résolu. ll est hors de question que je laisse les choses comme ça, je ne vais rien lâcher et engager des démarches pour que votre site ferme et que vous soyez pénalement sanctionné si vous ne me remboursez pas rapidement !

Habe Boxhandschuhe und Schienbeinschoner geordert, Geld wurde von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Seitdem keinerlei Reaktion, keine Antworten auf Anfragen usw. Es handelt sich klar um eine betrügerische Webseite.

Die Seite hat nach Internetrecherchen auch keinerlei Verbindung mit der für Kampfsportartikel bekannten Firma TWINS.

The Twins Fight Gear Website is a total scam, I bought Black original twins gloves in march of 2021 they stopped replying to me in June about shipping etc. They owe me over 130 AUD.

I ordered products early October 2021, & I still haven't received anything, nor a reply, now I'm reading many others got scammed. How do I get my money back?

Ordered pair of Thai shorts on July 29th, several days later I still hadn't received shipping information. Followed up on August 8, 2021 about status and was told they were special ordered and would take 2 or 3 more weeks. No problem. September 12, second follow-up said would be another 2-3 weeks. October 8, cancelled order and was told refund would take 10 business days to process - I dont expect any money back. Do Not Order from this site!

Ordered back in April 2021. ITS AUGUST 2021 and I still have nothing. I canceled my order and switched to venum.worst part of it all is I can't even leave a bad review on their site so idk how people will be able to see this if they don't scroll down to find this site like me.
