I emailed in regard's to a slight tarnishing on a necklace and some earrings which I had bought earlier in the year, they replied within days and offered me help to polish the jewellery and offered me a refund or new item! This completely made up for the issues and 100% will be repeating purchases!

The designs and craftsmanship on the jewellery are wonderful too!

I bought a customised necklace and although it took a while to be hand made it was well worth the wait. It arrived beautifully packaged and is an absolutely stunning piece of jewellery. The quality is outstanding and I will 100% be buying from Tyler by the Tail again.

Horrible experience.
Made my order October 28th.
Tried to contact them via Instagram, Tiktok, email… After two months waiting for my ring, they assume TODAY (January 11th) that my order won’t arrive.
Most unprofessional brand I know.
They have no idea about how to treat customers , and no idea about how to manage with the transport agency.

Bought a few things off Tyger before, have been super quick with their deliveries and when I needed to return one and change sizes, the customer service was excellent. Ever since the new management it feels like a new company. Love the new designs and the new layouts of the website.

Earlier this year I wrote a bad review because I still hadn't received my order after six months, but now I can officially say that this is a nice company!!!! The brand has really changed for the better with the change in management. The new owner was super friendly, responded within minutes and sent me my package with tracked shipping the day after our email. Super happy with the jewelry 🫶🏼

It is a real shame that you cannot rate an experience 0 out of 5 because if I could I would! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, how can a firm provide a shipping time and then when this is not met, not even have the decency to tell you where your order is. I ordered two rings back in February and was told this would take 5 weeks, however almost ten weeks on now, they are ignoring my messages and will not respond. The most frustrating part is that these are not particularly cheap rings, at over £150 for a pair you would expect the firm to actually send you them in the time they say. I know on trustpilot people say “do not buy from this firm” however I cannot stress this enough, this is a terrible firm with appalling customer service, please please do not waste your time trying to purchase anything from them as you will be left feeling deeply disappointed.

literally would rate this 0 stars if i could. My boyfriend ordered me a ring back in February, now 9 weeks on still no sign of it or contact from the seller, despite saying it will take a MAXIMUM of 5 weeks to come. This is happening to tens of hundreds of other people, as seen on their instagram comments which they're deleting as quick as they come. They’ve also taken their email off the instagram page as a way of contacting them. My boyfriend has already contacted them with no response and so have i. categorically do NOT use this company

Horrendous experience. Ordered a ring in the January ‘drop’ - not a word for weeks, then receive email saying Hermes is expecting it then nothing. No email, no dm, nothing - but yet they are still releasing more ‘drops’……do not buy from this person

Avoid this company- take your money and never ship items. have been waiting for my 100-pound order for 4 months now and have not received anything. The owner has ignored all DMS, emails, and messages I have sent

Placed order 7/1/22 £157 for an 18th birthday present and still have not received the items ordered (now been waiting for 8 weeks). Have tried to contact them but no response. Do not use this company.
