Absolutely honking. Every cup of tea tastes like cardboard 🤮

The worst tea bags going. You need about 10 tea bags to one cup otherwise it’s like drinking weak piss. Seriously where are the tea leaves grown? Chernobyl?

I don't believe you listened, I pointed out the manufacture problems with tea bags splitting the round bag was better, this maybe was past on, I complained becouse it was happening a lot box after box, and your reply you past this on too the manufacturing factory, and shut me up with a little box of tea bags, I may add a laugh, was the round tea bags.

The tea bags were faulted - numerous empty or nearly empty bags in the box. I phoned then was asked to email with photos. I was sent a replacement box but was left feeling as if the company were not that bothered.

When parting the tea bags the perferatons do not work therefore it tears the tea bags open

Would have given 5 but took longer than expected to reply. When you did get in touch Bethany was excellent.

Had a couple of boxes of bags where the teabags were not sealed…what a mess. a they did replace them but it was a pain.

The new blend stinks, the packaging all bags in one box, previously 6 individual foil wrapped packets, keeping tea fresh. Go back to old recipe or better still give your customers the choice,of both. Your loosing customers by fixing something that was not broken. You are up against big players in the tea market, people are very much addicted to a certain flavour , blend and we don't like change.

It arrived on time well packaged.

I didn't expect a packet of teabags,that was a surprise and a thank you . I only brought this to your attention with the other teabags because they kept breaking up in the cups .

How annoying. Just purchased a box of 240 typhoo tea bags, and what a disappointment. I don’t have a complaint against the quality of the tea BUT the perforation between the tea bags is not up to the job. When separating the duo bags on virtually ever occasion one of the bags ruptures and tea leaves are spilt over the kitchen work surface. So I am getting one tea bag use from 2 teabags. I certainly will not be buying Typhoo tea in the future.

Update, having been in touch with typhoo as requested issue resolved. Thank you
