Buying from this company is a bit of a gamble, yes they offer tyres at good prices but if things go wrong don't count on them to take responsibility for that

In my case a cancellation of an order hasn't been processed on time which led to shipment being delivered and return of the product is to be covered on my cost if requested. According to their customer service the cancellation of shipping was not possible because tyre already left their warehouse but based on DPD information parcel has been collected from tyreleader depot hours after my cancellation request. I have provided this information to tyreleader.ie customer service and although a prompt response was received they conveniently failed to acknowledge the fact that their information is contradicting what is confirmed by the courier company

I do not believe that in this situation I am the one who should be responsible for covering return costs but this is not the subject that tyreleader.ie customer service would like to discuss

Based on my experience I don't recommend this seller and personally will look for other supplier going forward

I ordered two tyres and they sent me 1 tyre that was the wrong size. They said it was a problem with depot but would not send me my two tyres till they received the one they sent out. I asked could you please send me my two tyres and at the same time of delivery drops off I could give them the incorrect tyre. No email of them just a call of the delivery company saying we are here to pick up a tyre noting to deliver. I emailed again and no reply at all.. shocking customer care will not buy again

I had a good experience dealing with Tyre leader from start to finish.
One small detail was incorrect, the fitter I chose was indicated to charge a particular price per wheel but in reality his feet was higher

First time using this pathetic excuse for a professional business and it will be my last.

Tyres were out for delivery yesterday and I discovered that they inexplicably addressed my package to a housing estate in Dublin. The address I provided is in Kells Co. Meath.

They don't have any phone lines you can call. The WhatsApp support is a useless AI chat bot that simply refers you to their ticketing system.

When I raised a ticket, explaining that they had made a mistake in the shipping address, they took several hours only to reply back to me and tell me it was my problem.

I messaged back, told them it was their mistake and their responsibility to ensure I receive the goods and to sort it out.

I got no response to that. It was only this morning (next day) when I asked them to cancel the order and refund me that they asked for my actual address. Not only that, they had the cheek to demand a utility bill to 'prove' my address (I already gave it to you, you incompetent fools) and that if my order couldn't be delivered, I'd have to cover the return charge (€60), even though it is the incompetence of AD tyres (t/a Tyreleader)that has resulted in this issue.

Also. The order is actually fulfilled in Andorra, so you aren't as protected because they are outside the EU. Of course they know this and that is why they don't care.

So here I am, I have no tyres, an angry customer of my own who is wondering why I can't give them back their car, and I still don't know when or if I'm going to get my delivery.

Do yourself a favour. Shop with Oponeo. I had an issue before with them but they were brilliant. Picked up the phone and sorted out the issue. Very quick, very professional, and they are in the EU. So you'll have better protection.

Tyres arrived in great time. Had them fitted and after driving with them for sometime they are great!
