This company are awful!
Drivers with battered vans and no licence. I’d even question any insurance.
Stay clear, seem very unprofessional and the delivery driver didn’t understand or speak English to relay my concerns to.

A delivery company that I’ve not heard of and used by a seller on an online marketplace. I emailed them to ask about a delivery I was expecting and if they would kindly drop my order in my kitchen, which requires using some internal stairs. I didn’t receive a reply from them and upon checking out their website, they claim to have headquarters in London but provide no address information. The only way to contact them is either by email or telephone, which looks to be in China. They turned up today unannounced and the courier said no to the stairs. I refused delivery, and I’m now fuming with them and the company that I ordered from. I knew this was going to be a nightmare.
I will be staying well clear of U-del from now on.
