Con artists - they advertise one price and then changed the offer to less than a 6th of the price.

A complete waist of my time and now the other company that offer similar have reduced the price while this all went on.

I couldn't rate this company low enough. They held my phone for a couple of weeks and didn't keep me updated.

They put this down to a 'backlog'.

Ended up sending it to another company who paid out within 24hrs.

I have recieved my phone and another phone sent back to me how do I get this sorted .

Slashed the money they offered me for a phone. Sold it to them anyway. They claim same day payment but I haven’t been paid. They’ve had my phone since last Wednesday (now Monday) and no payment has been received. I’ve told them to return my phone to me. They’ve are not ignoring me. Uberlink stole my iPhone13 pro max rather than pay me to recycle it. AVOID THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

Do not use! This company is absolutely awful, try offering you £41 for a phone ( think that’s there standard offer although they quote the highest, had my phone for 8 days no payment or return

Hassle. Unnecessary phone calls, extremely long time to pay…still haven’t received my payment and way below the quote despite me already advising the phone is faulty (crack in screen, phone working fine) I have only been offered 10% of the quoted price.

Uber Link quoted me a good price for my iPhone and listed a small set of requirements that my phone needed to meet, which it did (e.g 85% battery health). I sent my phone in and had to wait a few days after they’d received it before hearing back. When they finally came back to me they said the phone had gone through a 52-point test and failed many of them to which they then halved my quote. They’re absolute con artists! I asked them to send my phone back to which they initially upped the quote by £30 but I still asked for it to be sent back as I had been quoted better elsewhere. I had to wait about two weeks for the phone to arrive back. Don’t waste your time with this company - I ended up using Mazuma who were fast, reliable and stuck to the price they had quoted.

16th July: completed online details for my phone, within my details I noted that screen was cracked & some minor scratches on case of my iPhone 13 Pro. They offered £198.50.
17th July free post pack posted to me.
27th July acknowledged receipt of my phone.
28th July testing device email received.
29th July email offered £25 (rejected)
31st July email offered £45 (rejected)
3rd Aug preparing to return my phone
3rd Aug just before we do is there an offer I would accept? (Rejected)
6th Aug return organised
7th Aug my phone received back
Imo they have worked out a system to rip people off, be warned.
