Used them several times before and had no issues. Since the takeover I have nothing but problems with them. Never answer the phone and transcripts are delayed, that’s if you get them.
did freelance job , typed a document fo rthem 49 pages , they said the pay was 2000 . went to get paid and thye want 50 bucks for a "freelance card" to prove my identity .... seems like a scam .

Excellent service for transcribing scientific/medical interviews
VerbalInk provided excellent service to our project. Their transcriptions were very complete and returned quickly. The website was easy to use for uploading recordings. Our interviews contained scientific and medical terminology that was accurately transcribed. I highly recommend VerbalInk for transcriptions services. They are easy to work with and very professional.

Verbal Ink is our research team's go-to for transcription. Their prices are the lowest of multiple competitors and their file submission system is straightforward and time-efficient. As a research coordinator, I appreciate that the same operations manager has worked with us for years, and that he is friendly and patient with questions, and quick to respond to correspondence. Even when he is not in the office we're able to reach him remotely, or we're able to speak with one of his knowledgeable colleagues. Great quality of transcription.

Ten Plus Years of Great Service
Our company has used Verbal Ink's service for over ten years now. Their transcribers do an excellent job transcribing our Christian based A/V clips, even to the Greek letters in one of the transcripts. Also, since we are an educational company, we get a discount. We use Verbal Ink's standard delivery time and almost always receive the transcriptions early or closer to the earlier date range portion.

Have never had a bad experience with Verbal Ink. They are expedient, friendly and always seem to find translators for the languages I send them. I highly recommend for filmmakers!
