Used them several times before and had no issues. Since the takeover I have nothing but problems with them. Never answer the phone and transcripts are delayed, that’s if you get them.
did freelance job , typed a document fo rthem 49 pages , they said the pay was 2000 . went to get paid and thye want 50 bucks for a "freelance card" to prove my identity .... seems like a scam .

Verbal Ink is an excellent option for transcription services. Incomparably superior to automatic transcription ones. Uploading files in their website is fast and easy. The completion time is about 7 days for a 30 - 60 minutes length recording between 2 people.

Mes documents n'etaient pas d'une qualité sonore évidente, enregistrements de conversations telephonique avec termes medicaux assez technique et interlocuteur n'ayant pas le francais comme langue maternelle.
Pas une erreur, du mot pour mot avec la ponctuation donnant une interpretation réelle et precise des propos tenus
Delai de livraison respecté (je ne l'esperai pas et pourtant...).
Le prix est justifié pour la qualité du travail effectué.
