Absolute worst online store I have ever come into contact with, it took over a month to be delivered and on top of that the product was terrible, when returning they try to make you pay for the label even though they advertise on their website that they send one.
Absolute scam, do not buy!

They sent me a product unwrapped and it got damaged on the way. Not only was it not stainless steel ( more like aluminum). And it just had plastic and tap for wrapping. They ghosted me when I requested a refund.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, shipping damage can sometimes occur during transit, and since local courier services differ from one country to another, this is sadly beyond our full control.
That said, whenever a product arrives damaged, we always take full responsibility and issue an immediate refund or replacement. In your case, we even asked you to keep the item and still processed a full refund on March 22, a full week before this review was posted.
Regarding the material, based on the photos you provided, we confirmed that the item was indeed stainless steel. The thickness and density can vary slightly between designs, which might have caused some misunderstanding.
We always do our best to resolve any issue in a fair and timely manner, and it’s unfortunate that our sincere efforts — including providing a full refund and allowing you to keep the product — didn’t meet your expectations.
