We have used UCR Consultants for a long time now. Jessica has always gone above and beyond to help us especially when we moved business premises her guidance was invaluable. Moving energy providers to secure better deals is made so easy when you have someone with excellent knowledge and a friendly manner to help and advise every step of the way. Excellent support provided by Jessica - great to know she is at the end of phone in case of need.

Highly advise anyone to look into the contracts they offer with AI.
a young man rang up my company and said they deal on behalf of Yu Energy so i thought they were Yu energy before i asked who they were calling on behalf of.
He then went on to congratulate me that i had a great deal ahead of me with no standing charge! the offer they sent me after scanned by AI would have cost £1000 more than my current plan per year, locked on on a 3 year deal giving them a £1300 commission. after telling them it was a bad deal they sent a better offer but the experience of the initial offer has scorned me from UCR Consultants.

the gentleman was very friendly and im sure is only doing what he is told to do by the company but the offer was an insult and what sounded good on the phone was an 'instant red flag' to AI.

UCR offer great deals... for themselves

Furthermore after leaving this review i received a phone call from the gentleman saying they are threatening his job due to this review. A horrible thing to do! don't deal with this company, they obviously do not care for their staff!
