So easy to order and fast delivery. Great to get extra discount when ordering several cases.
The shakes themselves (50g) are very filling and taste lovely. They are the perfect start to the day and keep me satisfied from 6.30am till lunchtime.
Less keen on the protein bars. Very very sweet and I wanted something a little more firm/crunchy.

Goods arrived on time . The young man was polite and warned me re: heavy weight .

I ordered 3 x 8 pack of the strawberry and 1 x 8 pack of white chocolate which was discounted clearance stock due to the use by date being within the month. All 3 of the strawberry packs were off/faulty full of lumps and separating. I contacted their customer service and requested a refund for the faulty products and was offered replacements instead. I accepted this and asked for 2 white chocolate packs and 1 strawberry. Having received these replacements I realised they have sent me 2 more packs of the discounted clearance stock. The product itself is great when it’s not faulty so it’s very unfortunate their customer service isn’t good and they’ve basically taken my money and sent me stock which is cheaper than what I’ve paid for. Very disappointed and won’t be buying from them again!

Ordered the 8 pack Salted Caramel protein 50 shake on Amazon. When it arrived, all 8 of them had disgusting lumps. I saw the reviews on Amazon and thought maybe just maybe they fixed the problem or maybe just maybe it was a one off (well can't really be since there's loads of lumpy reviews). Wish I could attach an image or video here.

Either way, disgusting lumpiness. Won't be using UFit anymore.

The drinks were all lumpy and I was unable to shake them. I took off the top and poured some out but still they were lumpy. In the end I had to blitz them but this was most unsatisfactory

Taste really good . Only protein drink I like definitely recommend!

Had a problem with a delivery - all the shakes had separated. Issue dealt with promptly and replaced quickly too.

Excellent great product and price

Love the ufit50 range, and drink one a day as a meal replacement. Very tasty with 50g of protien is great. Strawberry and banana being my personal favourites. Extremely quick delivery. When I reached out to Ufit, Chloe replied quickly and was so helpful, resolving my issue promptly and professionally - great customer service.
