I bought a pair of boots for my daughter online, followed the size chart and when revived it was too small for her. Had to pay to return to realize that they refund you the money but refund you as a voucher. The shows have now gone up in prince and I’ll be $70 out of pocket I asked for an exchange since it’s the same model just different size and explaining how much out of pocket I was but was gaslighted.
Bad customer service.

I would avoid this company at all cost. The size charts are 100% incorrect and you will likely get an item sent that is not even close to the correct size. They will then refuse to exchange or request further money. I will be going to Emu (Australian made and manufactured with Aussie wool) and not scammers.

Please do not buy from this company U CLASS I bought 2 pairs of children's boots total of 115 pounds was supposed to arrive on 31 /12/25 the tracking number is not working I have sent a few emails with no reply.

I bought boots in May for a trip…

I bought boots in May for a trip planned in Nov. I wore them a few times during winter ‘to break them in’ ready for the trip. Day one of trip they broke. I immediately emailed the au.ugg.com contact to report what had happened. They responded and said that I had not purchased the boots from them. I had checked my bank transaction and indeed had the right company. They insisted it was another company – so I emailed the other company. The other company told me it wasn’t them, it was au.ugg.com. I decided to leave it, bring the boots home and take them back to the shop I bought them from in Whitfords (WA).
The shop assistant told me there was purchase no record of my transaction – I have the bank transaction in my account! She agreed that was odd, and then searched and said that my sale was hand written in the manual log within the shop (I have a photo of this). There was no explanation about my payment not being on transaction/payment record. She also informed my that I was not entitled to a refund 1) because they had no record of my transaction; 2) because it was longer than their store policy of 30 days. The store policy on the counter state that I am entitled to a refund if an item "has a major problem". The boots are unable to be worn, the heel has pulled away from the leather and is a major issue. I asked to speak to her Manager and she said she only had a ‘group chat’ to seek advice from. She then wrote to the group chat and after a long back and forth she asked me to email them on the same email address that I originally did and was told it wasn’t the correct company! I insisted the person on the chat called me. They (Ruby) then called me and I clearly outlined all of this to her. Ruby agreed that it was odd and said she would escalate the problem and call me back in 24-48hrs. All up I was in the store for over an hour and i left with my boots! Completely unresolved! And, it has now been over 5 days and I have not heard back from Ruby at customer support. Note, as Ruby hung up from me she then called the poor shop assistant. I waited until the call ended and the poor shop assistant was visibly shaken.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. These boots cost $225.00!!
I am now going to report this to Consumer Protection and to my bank.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered a men’s size 10 shoe for my son. They were smaller than a women’s size 8. I had to pay to return, then they only part refunded my return. I am out of pocket around $40 on shoes that were incorrectly delivered. I have emailed the customer care team 3 times this week and have had no response. Horrible service and would never recommend ordering from this website.

accepted payment at advertised price - took payment and then cancelled 3 days later . Once payment accepted they are bound to honour order. I have tried to complain and they are not replying. I have referred to Australian consumer rights organisation and will follow it to the end on the very principal of the issue

This company is not upfront about the $15 return fee. If you order the wrong size, you’ll have to pay for the return yourself. If you try to raise a complaint, they’ll brush it off and respond with a rude email.

Warning to all buyers:
Very poor quality (material & stitching), irregular sizing, and absolutely no support. Their policy is basically “once you buy, it’s your problem.” Clearance = final sale, no exchange, no return. Think twice before purchasing!

UGG Australia Classics how un-Australian...

I bought a pair of UGG Australia Classics here in WA a few months back, since the purchase, the boot stitching has fallen apart and there is now a large hole in the boot, they are no longer sealed. I contacted UGG Australia Classic and they refused to assist stating that their coverage period was only 30 days, this is ludicrous given consumer protection covers all purchases for a year from purchase date. I will never ever purchase another pair of these inferior UGGs again.

Boots falling apart after 30 days

Bought boots and they were delivered 1st June. Contacted company 7th August (36 days) as heels pulling away from both heels. I sent the company photos.
Their reply- outside their 30 day refund/ replacement period. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- not fit for purpose!!!

Poor Customer service and ill fitting…

Poor Customer service and ill fitting product.

Despite alerting UGG Australia Classic to incorrect sizing, customer service stonewalled me with a boiler plate response. These products are not correctly sized and they wont fit you, they are at least two sizes incorrect and there is no recourse for refunds according to them.

Misleading product, synthetic quality, refund delayed – know your rights under ACL

I ordered a pair of UGG Ji Nappa Scuffs from this website, listed under “Original UGG Australia Classic”. What I received was not the same product advertised — it was branded differently as “Oz Natives & UGG”, no UGG branding on the inner sole, and the interior felt fully synthetic, not the “100% Australian Premium Sheepskin” they claim.

This is classic bait and switch — advertise one product, ship a cheaper-looking, lower-quality substitute.

When I requested a refund, they tried to stall by asking for irrelevant photos of the “concerning part” (after I had already shown the full discrepancy), and only after escalating did they finally agree. Even then, the item was returned on the 9th of July, and I still haven’t received my refund more than a week later, but "they contact accounts today" - no concern or care for the consumer at all.

Be warned:
They may try to charge you for return shipping — this is illegal under Australian Consumer Law if the product was not as described or falsely advertised.

ACL requires businesses to cover the cost of returning faulty or misrepresented goods.

Keep photo evidence and tracking of what was received vs advertised.

If they delay or refuse your refund, lodge a complaint with your states Consumer Protection or your local Fair Trading body.

There are multiple reviews here now that show this pattern — you’re not alone. I would not recommend buying from this business unless you’re prepared to fight to get your money back.

UPDATE:
While they claim a full refund, only a partial refund was given. They don't care about the consumer, quality or it seems the truth either.
I have lodged a complaint with consumer protection to recover the rest of the refund.

Bad quality. Bad customer service.

The quality of the product I purchased on this website was very bad. The add is not honest with statement like "crafted from sheepskin", there was definitely not much sheepskin in those shoes (and no tag to show the composition).
It was honestly one of my worst customer experience for an online purchase. Despite the "money back guaranteed" as advertised, getting a refund took me 3 phone calls to customer service and many emails... And even after getting confirmation on the phone that I was gonna get a refund I still received confirmation for a "store credit"....
Never took me so much effort to get my money back from an online purchase. I don't recommend purchasing from this website.
