Disgusting Customer Support

Absolutely appauling and disgusting customer service on behalf of UGG Direct - completely un-Australian to take customers for a ride, especially over a measly $20 delivery fee.

I made a purchase for a pair of UGG's, and of course, I paid shipping. I then decided to make a purchase for another pair, and yes, of course, I had to pay shipping again because it was put across two separate orders. There was no way of cancelling or modifying the order, hence the need for two separate orders.

I emailed the company straight away to kindly request a combined shipping on the orders and a refund for the shipping cost, as they offer free shipping on orders over $100. Given that both orders were placed at the same time (within 5 minutes of eachother), and given their system automatically shipped out both pairs together, you would think this wouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong!

What a pathetic response from them, I've worked in eCommerce for over 6 years, so I'm fully well versed in how things work; from merchant fee's to delivery fees. Their excuse for not honoring a small refund on the combined shipping?

If each order meets the $100 threshold on its own, it qualifies for free shipping. However, when multiple orders are placed separately and are individually under $100, the standard shipping charge applies to each of those at the time of purchase. Although your orders were packed together as a courtesy to reduce packaging and streamline delivery, this does not affect the original shipping charges, as they are based on the overall volume of the package."

What an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer that has just supported your business. Mind you, this was their third reply to me, as I tried to press this issue on them further with common sense, which apparently, is no longer a thing anymore.

Riddle me how "this does not affect the original shipping charges, as they are based on the overall volume of the package". Imagine trying to justify withholding shipping charges on this basis. That's absolutely ridiculously pathetic - whether I place the order in ONE order, or TWO, the VOLUME of the shipment and WEIGHT of the shipment remains the SAME regardless of if ordered in one or two orders.

Given the fact you've gone ahead and shipped the orders in one shipment anyway, automatically means it meets the total cubic weight and volume; this is an absolutely ridiculous response to a situation that could have been handled much more professionally. This is NOT how you operate a business, not only have you lost a customer, you've lost a CLIENT. I will never, ever, EVER, support your brand ever again - why? Because of how you treat your customers.

I should have seen your terrible reviews in the first place. I don't often shop with brands that have such low ratings, it was an oversight on my end, I should've checked your reviews before I made the purchase.

To anyone reading, avoid purchasing through them directly. Make sure you pay using PayPal so if they try to pull any tricks on you like this, just dispute the transaction with your Bank/PayPal.

Shame on you.

They arrived in the wrong size..

They arrived in the wrong size..? 4? Just no. Way too small, Terrible quality. Now I have to pay $10? To return them? What is this?! They are horrible and fake. Most definitely not legit as it says ‘Handmade in China’. My goodness. Now im just wasting money returning them. I’m so angry. Will leave bad reviews anyway. To conclude, NOT legit, NOT real, NOT good quality, NOT proper sizing and NOT made in Australia. I’m really mad.

Take care with size // I ordered size uk 6 , I wasn’t aware of the sheep wool inside , iv had Uggs before ,then uggdirect came highly recommend, 1st time ordering , yes the Uggs are perfect, was my own fault I didn’t allow for the comfort inside theses Uggs , makes them very special, thank you

Quick delivery

Quick delivery. Very comfortable and warm, don't need to put on my full length Ugg boots just yet.
Only fault with mine right slipper is just a bit longer than left still OK to wear.

BUYERS BEWARE

BUYERS BEWARE: This is by far the worse customer service ever, in fact there is literally none. I ordered from them on 4 November 2024 & still haven’t received either my order or a refund. I have emailed 4 times, attempted to call (it doesn’t go to a call centre, it directs you to the website then cuts you off!) This is a scam & I put money on it that they write their own fantastic reviews!
I’d like my money back however I very much doubt that this will happen. BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.
