I order 2 items. I was not informed of customs charge of £84 at the outset. Neither was I advised of lengthy shipping times (10 days), which meant my order did not arrive prior to my travels. Upon my return, I rejected the charge and sent the items back (18.12.25). Items were returned 31.12.25. They were received in AUS on 06.03.26. Ugg Online AU have not done anything to help track the items or speed up the return process and wont refund, understandably, until they receive the items back. Poor customer service. Poor upfront information.

Dopo 100 giorni si sono strappati dietro per un chiaro difetto di fabbrica o qualità del materiale. Alle mie rimostranze, rapidissimi nel rispondere che la garanzia è di 90 giorni e che potevo attaccarmi...

Buying from ugg online was great and these ugg shoes have to be some of the comfiest shoes I have ever worn, and I love how they mould to my feet too. True to size!

Do not order from this company. My boots arrived and got to admit nice quality. I ordered a size 6.5uk 40 euro as all my shoes are but the ones I received fit my husband who is a size 9! Company said they processed order exactly. I sent them photos of my old Ugg boots and the new ones with the massive size difference and they suggested my old ones came from China. I can return for refund but with price of postage and losing 20% for restocking is it really worth it. I won’t get caught like this again will in future but from UK. Lesson learnt

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Scammers! Placed order almost 4 MONTHS AGO, never received anything then was told it’s been shipped back THREE MONTHS AGO, I keep chasing, yet getting NO REFUND, NO UPDATES , NO DECENCY . Quite shocking really, complete disregard. ZERO STARS!

Amazing quality, better than I imagined and authentic materials. The uggs have exceeded my expectations and have kept my feet warm throughout the winter while looking amazing.

Unfortunately one shoe was damaged! Shipment was to Germany…… so it didn’t make sense sending it back to Australia!!!
A pity!

Fabulous boots, great service and fast delivery considering they come from Australia. Prices are much cheaper than ordering within the UK. Will be ordering new slippers soon
