I am left disappointed after ordering 2…size matters
I am left disappointed after ordering 2 2in 1 Danish style dog coats. One of them is perfect the other not so much. I used visitor to order them as I was in a hurry and didn’t remember my password. Both coats came separately but they were both the same size! One was delivered parcel post and the other in an eBay bag. I had bought a size 22” for my friends dog and a size18 inch for my dog.
Both were 22”!?!
I couldn’t see how to generate a return for the coat for my dog and have now had to purchase another coat in the correct size. I am trying to find a way of returning the too large coat as yet no useful response from eBay as it didn’t show up in my account since I purchased as a visitor ☹️

I will be using 4Pony.com again.
I hope to be using this company again. I purchased a riding hat which sadly was too small. The customer service was super. It felt like delivery took some time but I expect that is due to Amazon next day changing our expectations.
