THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced! my packaged never came and they never bother to answered back to my e-mails.. so basically just lost my money for nothing. I really wish I've read all of these reviews before I ordered from them.

Would give zero if I could - ordered over a month ago, order never arrived and noone is responding to emails. Their contact page is conveniently down too.

Really don’t understand the bad reviews for Bali Body. I LOVE the products. Everything I’ve tried, I love and keep buying. Customer service is great. Only annoying thing is, I buy all the new stuff as soon as it’s released and then they reduce prices!!!!! It’s very annoying cause I spend hundreds every couple months. They did offer to refund the difference on my last order though but I didn’t bother to take it up. Doesn’t stop me buying the products cause they’re just too good.

I’ve suffered similar issues to many consumers on here. Bought the instant tan after seeing in social media, which is blatant false advertising as the colour I got is NOTHING like that advertised.
The colour is horrendous and I’d go so far as to say the worst I have ever used.

Asked to return for a refund but Bali body are not interested, told me to try the dark colour instead 😂 I’m pale, hence I bought the light shade.

Terrible customer service. Mousse arrived damaged so would not work. Have messaged several times over a number of days to request a refund but zero response.

Having used their express tan I decided to purchase their BB face skincare having read all the great reviews. After a few days my skin flared up so contacted them via email, as no other option of contact. Received a reply a week later stating to ‘stop using the product and see my GP’. I replied asking if I was able to request a refund as I would not be able to continue using it. That was 2 weeks ago with no response. I had also order the everyday the body whip, which is awful and sticky, so bad I had to shower it straight off, and the gradual tan, which is orange and patchy. So I now have 4 products which I won’t or can’t use!!!! I will be sticking with il makiage products from now on. Excellent products and the most amazing customer service.

First of all delivery isn’t tracked so you won’t know when it’s been delivered or it has been lost. Second I have ordered the BaliBody Tanning Oil Watermelon , everyone says it smells nice but literally doesn’t smell anything like watermelon and has a very weak smell of it. Only tried it 2 times.
Makes me look like a wax doll who is melting , everyone can tell i put something on me and it screams. Don’t get me wrong doesn’t have any colour it is clear concentrate but just don’t wanna shine so bad . I don’t think it does anything with my tanning because i get better tan without the product so i didn’t use it third times…
I was in Mexico so I definitely tested out and don’t buy it literally will waste your money.

This tan ain't it! £55.69 wasted!
I got this tan based on their social media content - first mistake, the tan does not give you anywhere near the same colour as the people you see featured, it's crazy false advertising. I have been using fake tan for like 17 years and this is up there with the worst. I know how to apply tan and followed the instructions and ended up with green patches (which I had to attack with an exfoliating glove) and barely any colour on me, using their ultra dark shade! The gradual facial tanner clogged my pores and gave me spots. Such a waste of money and terrible products. I have used better £2.99 tans. Avoid avoid avoid and don't believe what you see on social media.

P.S. isn't it funny how the reviews are either one star or five stars? No in between. Makes you question how genuine they are...

Terrible tan, not for me, turned my hands orange that’s it. Back to bondi sands for me. Also they don’t publish 1 star reviews on their site. I left a review a week ago and it never showed up!! So the reviews you’re seeing on their site is not a true reflection.

Brilliant tan but do not order directly from this company.

Order took 4 days to dispatch and 9 days in total to arrive. Too late for what I needed it for.

Advised that I need to cover the shipping cost myself if I wish to return for a refund.

Abysmal customer service. Reading other reviews it appears others have had the same issue.

I love the tanning oils and have used them for many years, so I placed an order on 28/06/22
I received confirmation and that has been the only thing I’ve received, my order has not arrived, I’ve sent numerous emails to them asking for my order and/ or a refund, and they have all been ignored, I’ve tried to contact them through Instagram and even tried the Australian company, and nothing .
I’m extremely disappointed in this company and would advise everyone to give this company a miss and use another product.

The tan turned me green, even after washing left a green tinge! A £27 tan should not do this, when researched why it’s because the products were stored incorrectly before sent to me and out of date!!! When I complained about this, they said they thought it was ok to walk around green! Sticky and smells gross to! Don’t waste your money, so many fake tans out there get a decent one!

I have bought so much tanning oil it's crazy but when I came across balibody I have ordered 3 different types the gold one and the pink one but the best by far is the cacao tanning oil in the black bottle it gave me an amazing tan so good that I have bought 3 bottles deliverie was super quick and kept me updated have used them on holiday and the sunbeds the price is a little high for the size but worth it the only neg is it doesn't have a smell witch isn't that good but will still be buying more definitely recommended and all my friends are ordering now

I have ordered bronzing serum and clear self tanning mousse in color light and with tanning mitt, I have paid extra 15 eur for express shipping, they have sent my order with regular post but I asked for return for this 15 eur and I got back the money in few days. I was very scared that I will not receive my order due to everyone else negative experience but I have received it today without any trouble. I will test the products and write a separate review about that as well. I will purchase again this is for sure :)

I ordered from them and I decided to return it straight away I spent £5 on delivery without knowing that return wouldn’t be include and you have to do it all yourself they just send you an address I had to spend £5 on return and I emailed saying I wasn’t happy with that and they ignored what I said. It got to them over 10 days ago and I haven’t had a email about my product being refunded
Wouldn’t shop there again not worth the hassle

I also only order one product but it came in a box making the return more expensive

I achieve the best tan with both their tanning oils and self tan. All of their products are amazing! Their customer service team was so helpful when I needed help choosing a BB Cream shade, and my order was received so quickly. Thanks Bali Body xxxxx

Absolutely LOVE the tanning oils. They're super nourishing and give me the nicest tan in Summer. products arrived quickly and LOVE the packaging, highly recommend.

I ordered the ultra dark self tanning mousse. It came super quick which was great. When i applied the fake tan it gave me the most streak free, flawless fake tan. It was by far the darkest self tan i've ever had, which i love. Will definitely be purchasing again. Also, so exciting they are now in boots.
