Arbeitskleidung passt nicht.
Hosen sind obenrum viel zu weit und an den Beinen zu kurz. Auf eine Nachfrage für eine Änderung wurde gesagt, es wird in Kürze eine kleinere hose geschickt. Diese kam nach 4 Monaten an, und eine kleinere hose hat ja noch weitere Beine, das hat der Kundendienst dort aber wohl nicht verstanden.
Zudem gehen ständig die Nähte an den Hosenreißverschlüssen auf, nach der Reperatur sieht das unmöglich aus.
Eine riesige Naht im Schritt, sieht aus wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Generell wird bei den Reperaturarbeiten eher "verschlimmert" aus optischer sicht kann man die Hosen nichtmehr tragen. Es wurden auch schon die Taschen für die Kniekissen mit zugenäht oder die Taschen bei den Jacken.
Unmöglich, wirklich.
Vom Schnitt her auch total unbequem, ich hab eine 38 normalerweise, aber hier ist selbst eine 46 nicht passend.
Und bei den Jacken ist eine Xs fast wie eine 2XL, (ich bin 1,80m) groß, und xs ist zu groß bei den Jacken.

Uniforms are exceptionally clean when returned, drivers are very friendly, whenever i have needed to contact Elis Durham direct they always deal with whatever issue or query I may have promptly & always very friendly.

Terrible service, slow to correct admin errors and resort to late payment charges even when they have omitted to make promised corrections. Bullying attitude and never respond to complaints.

We have over 100 wearers and the provision and laundry of our workwear runs smoothly in background. I never receive any complaints from the production crews regarding their work clothes. Great service and our contacts at the Durham depot are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Contrat signé début septembre avec une livraison annoncée sous 4 à 6 semaines. Du retard peut se comprendre, mais pas les mensonges et les dates sans cesse repoussées : semaine 52, puis semaine 1, puis semaine 2…

Livrés finalement le 9 février, mais uniquement les vestes et tee-shirts floqués. Les pantalons et les casiers sont toujours absents, sans explication claire.

Très déçu d’avoir signé avec cette entreprise qui ne respecte pas ses engagements envers ses clients. À fuir : mensonges et incompétence semblent faire partie de leur fonctionnement.
