Incredible customer service!
I booked some last minute flights to Vietnam with lookbestfare today. Jackson was absolutely incredible and deserves a pay rise for having to deal with my inability to make a decision today. He stayed calm throughout and his customer service was absolutely spot on. He helped me pick the perfect flights for me and I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of him. I will be using this service again!

Please do not use this company
Please don't use this company. They are terrible. I purchased 6 flights from them for just over £6,000 and they rang me and told me the flights were promotional and basically didn't exist. They asked me to pay £3,000 more for other flights and I said no and asked for a refund. They said they would refund me and it would take 15 days! I was very upset as why would it take 15 days. It eventually took 10 days to get the money back. It was very stressful as I was worried I wouldn't get the money back at all.

Total scam
Total scam. Purchased tickets online. Was told it wasn’t official until purchased. When they called back, price increased almost !700 per ticket and was told the original amount paid was for the Le to “hold” the seat. Not purchase it. Said it was non refundable.
Tried to get me to pay more, I refused so then they said the transaction hadn’t yet processed and that there would just be a hold on my account for 24-48 hours.
I cancelled my card. They then tried calling back from a number registered to the Deleware State Police (original call back was a number registered to Amazon customer service) they offered another insanely good fare option that was too good to be true. When I told them I had cancelled the original card, I was told “ You don't need to worry about that if you want to book this flight we have alternate payment option we are receiving the payment online using PayPal Zelle and Venmo you can make the payment using one of these payments options and then we will send you the confirmed tickets at same time”
1000% scam. Don’t fall for it!

Tricky to understand the website
Booked through this website and they later told our flights didn’t have enough transfer time so although we were made to and pay extra, and they changed our flights we are thankful to the company they informed us. Recommend

Excellent service and prices!
Spencer went over and beyond to help me with flight timings, prices and to accomodate my specific requests. He came back with a price on a 5* airline that was the best I'd managed to fine! I will definitely use them again in the future.
