Cancelled order for no reason
After I placed my order of one discovery set, customer support contacted me and said that I need to send picture of my ID and Credit cards, because the system detected a scam. I've sent the pictures and I received a reply that everything is okay. Few days later I received an email that my order was cancelled and I will be refunded and if I have any questions I should reply to the mail, which I did and ask why my order was cancelled. I did not receive any explanation nor reply. I just wanted to explore the Memo fragrances, I can pay with several different credit and debit cards. Its a mystery to me how I was labeled as scammer.

One of my favourite niche perfume houses…
Memo Paris is one of my favourite niche perfume houses. Be it there customer service in their Paris store or online, they are very friendly and responsive. Love Laibela, Sintra and Inlé. Hope they have Sintra back in stock!
