Malgré les nombreuses avis négatives, j’ai fini par commander sur leur site, j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la robe, rien à dire le tissu doublé. La coupe est à l’identique sur la photo et la couleur également. Je recommande vivement.

The dress arrived in poor packaging not what you expect for a Wedding dress. The quality of material was poor and looked cheap and tacky. I an currently experiencing major problems trying to return and they have stopped responding to my emails. Extremely poor Customer Service. I think they advertise their dresses to look like beautiful dresses but thats just how they draw you in. Their dresses are made with cheap material and they don't offer returns if it doesn't fit. I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere from these scammers.

Do not use this company they use every trick in yhe book to avoid returning payment for returned goods. Firstly try to charge 10% re stocking fee, there is no mention of this in their terms and conditions, then try to impose a customs fee of 30% but state unable to give a receipt for this payment, which a complete load rubbish. This is a completely dishonest company.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company state 14 day refund however even though it states UK they come from china not as pictured and costs over £30 to send back to china upon arrival they then want to charge you again to receive the goods it’s been over a month and still no refund , should not be allowed to use UK in the title

Avoid it in any cost, a big scam. I ordered my second look wedding dress for £180. It arrived and it was 3 size big. They offered me £30 to keep it. I didn’t accept and paid £30 to send it back to china. I asked for refund and they asked me to pay for custom clearance which was around £60.
I am going to call my bank and get the money back and tell them that they are fraud.

I ordered a dress for my nephews wedding. When it arrived it was not the colour i ordered and was far too small. I paid £90 for the dress. When i emailed to return i was told i could get a refund of £12 and keep the dress. Obviously a dress that doesnt fit or isnt the right colour is no good at all. I then said no thanks i want a full refund. They eventually replied via email saying the cost to return to China was 'too much' so upped the refund to £30. I have threatened to speak to a solicitor but still did not receive a refund. They are just scammers and dress was delivered even worse than a Temu item!!

The dress was supposed to be a sequined dress. No sequins. Wrong material, wrong colour and apparently that’s my problem. They send something completely different and expect the customer to absorb the shipping fees and get only 10% of their money back. Run away from ordering here.

I’d give less than one star if I could. Please don’t buy from here. I bought a reception outfit advertised as champagne. It’s yellow. No refund was offered. I experienced a delay, there was no apology , I’ve heard nothing back, they just ignore you when they have taken your money. I honestly thought this was a UK based company, it is in china. People don’t be scammed

J'ai commandé ma robe de mariée sur Missacc et l'expérience est un véritable cauchemar. À la réception, la robe ne correspondait absolument pas aux dimensions commandées : il manquait plusieurs centimètres au niveau de la poitrine et de la longueur, la rendant totalement importable et impossible à retoucher par un tailleur (manque de tissu).
​Le service client a d'abord nié leur erreur en m'envoyant des fiches techniques qui ressemblent à des données générées par IA, pour finir par m'opposer leur politique de "sur-mesure" et me proposer une compensation ridicule de 22 € ! C'est une insulte pour une robe de mariée défectueuse.
​J’ai dû faire intervenir Klarna pour bloquer mon paiement et forcer le service client à accepter un retour d'exception. J'ai été obligée de renvoyer le colis aujourd’hui vers la Chine à mes propres frais via Bpost (Numéro de suivi : CE641616898BE), ce qui m'a coûté 80 € de ma poche pour réparer LEUR erreur.

Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Absolute garbage. Not only did it not fit due to they way they cut the bodice, there are portions of the dress where stiching was coming appart and fabric had color problems that made it look like stains. They are offering 39 dollars back on a dress over 200 that is unwearable. Not that I don't like it, that it is unwearable period.

Shocking customer service! DO NOT USE if in the UK. Wish I'd read these reviews first. Paid £182 for a dress it swamps me, a size 12. They won't accept the return. Disgusting. STAY CLEAR

We ordered a wedding dress, with custom measurements. When the dress arrived it was huge, no where near the measurements that we gave. We attempted to return it and they refused, only offering a $40 refund for alterations. The cheapest alteration we could find starts at $300 and goes up in price, based on all the work that has to be done. Their customer service is horrible and they do not respond back. I would never buy from them again, as they are horrible to deal with and do not honor their own return policy. They really put us in a bind for the wedding, but they do not care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM & Buyer beware!!!

I received my emerald green dress last weak. Very good quality, better than expected and really love it. But i am ordering a new one. A size bigger and a little different.

The biggest issue has not been the product itself, but the return and refund process. I requested a refund and was repeatedly told that customs charges would be deducted from my refund. However, despite asking several times, the company has refused to provide any receipts, invoices, or evidence showing what these customs costs actually are.

Instead, I have been asked to accept a reduced refund without being given the information needed to verify the charges. The company is effectively withholding part of my refund while refusing to justify the deduction.

Looking at other recent Trustpilot reviews, I am clearly not alone. Numerous customers report difficulties returning items, being offered partial refunds instead of proper returns, being asked to cover return shipping and customs costs, and struggling to obtain full refunds. (Trustpilot⁠)

A straightforward return should not require weeks of emails, negotiations, and repeated requests for basic documentation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone ordering from this company to carefully review the return process before purchasing.

Do not ever order off this site I thought it was English I was wrong they treated me bad as wanted to send dress back kept offering me money to keep it eventually sent back but offered me less money not full refund they treat you bad and would never order off them again if I could give them zero star I would I'm disgusted with them hope they go bust as then they can't scam anyone else what a complete rubbish company
