I actually ordered from the .FR site. I received the dress within the scheduled time frame but the item is not as expected. It looks cheap and doesn't fall correctly. In any case, I ordered a standard size, so I could easily return it as per their policy and I have had two email exchanges so far and they have not provided me with the "easy 14-day return" instructions.

Avoid. I have used Azazie and JJ House in the past and they are much more reputable.

Order - SWD13350 - I ordered a wedding dress at the value of £162 and it took nearly a month to arrive, by time then i had already had to get another dress as I'm pregnant and growing and pushed for time so when it arrived I requested a return straight away. When i emailed they advised to accept a discount price and would be issues a refund of £14 because of the length of time of returns and the expense it may hold. From the start they didnt listen to me that I just wanted to return this item and get a full refund which im more than entitled too. I expressed I wasnt happy that they were trying to give me only £14 from a £162 dress! they then came back and offered £34 again didn't listen that i just wanted to return item back and I cant return until they accept it as their website states! again went back and said I wasn't happy and they came back with £48 or give to a friend or sell 2nd hand, why should i consider these when i asked from the start I would like a full refund. From what they have said and done it is illegal and trying to avoid me returning the item for full refund and making it very difficult at every opportunity. I have my wedding in 5 weeks and 13 weeks pregnant and they are causing more stress than making life easier and still not given me any instructions to return the dress, shocking customer service and days of waiting on replies etc. avoid this company as you will not get your money back!!!

The dresses are beautiful and perfectly modelled. I just hope the dress I have ordered is as per the picture and fits me perfectly for a forthcoming wedding. I have read poor reviews of this company but still decided to put my faith in it to provide my dream dress for my daughter‘s wedding. Also hoping that it is delivered in good time.

Very happy with the quality and tailoring of the garment, and the speed of delivery. Would recommend.

I have repeatedly requested a full refund, yet the issue remains unresolved. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with your customer support, but the responses and proposed solutions have been unacceptable.

I placed an order for on Friday, I have entered the wrong delivery address and would like to change it, I have emailed the company several times but have had no reply.

Selection of dress simple and easy to find. Chat is available and coupon very useful. There’s also an option for customised body measurement.

I ordered a product, the reality is very different from what is presented on the website! The color, the cut, the material... everything is monstrous! I want my money back, you made fun of me!

The website is very interactive, quality of product, great selections. So far so good with the shopping and ordering experience. Waiting for a reply email and shipping inquiry. Will follow up with another review for the end process.

I have now sent 3 emails and my friend over 6 to return a dress that didn't fit and is nothing like the picture.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE

I ordered a dress believing that it would have gold detailing (based on the picture on the website), but when I received it, it was actually silver. I got in touch with customer services for a return and refund, based on the fact that I was misled by their pictures, and the options I was presented with were:
- get a discount code and keep the dress (like I'd shop from here again after this experience!).
- have £35 back and keep the dress (after some complaining, raised to £48).
- return it, but pay duties, shipping, and restocking fees, and whoops! No refund at all if the package gets lost. Basically making this last option 'have £35-£48 back but with extra steps and anxiety'.

I paid £165 for this dress, plus £30+ shipping, and I'm still expected to bear all these costs for something that isn't even my fault! Like I have mentioned in every single one of my email to customer service, I would not have bought the dress if they'd described it as having silver details, instead of leaving me guessing. But no actual descriptions were available.

Their excuse is that I ordered ivory and got ivory, therefore everything else is irrelevant, like I should've just been able to read the designer's mind about the other colours on the dress.

I am appalled by this experience, any reputable company would have refunded me by now. I cannot wrap my head around how they're making this my fault and my problem. You don't provide descriptions, you bear the cost when a customer is unhappy!

I'm looking forward to leaving more bad reviews everywhere until I get my full refund. Hopefully the next potential customer will be put off enough by all these negative reviews.

Beautifully made but sizes are small but length very long

I ordered a dress it finally arrived, it did not fit or look right, there policy if you’re not happy they will give you a full refund. I have been trying for this there response is a disgrace they offered me £23 and to keep the dress due to shipping costs.I have said no I want a full refund of £108 if not I will take the matter further there false advertising there policy I would never recommend or use this company again
