Great website and choice of hats plus other apparel. Delivery was a little slower than anticipated. However my phone number was written on the outside of the package which is not acceptable. Since the delivery I have had two spam text messages which is too much of a coincidence.

Superb hats that have a full guarantee for loss or wear. I now have three Tilley hats, two new and one that I have had for 20+ years.

I had had these hats before, and they are indestructible by weather, work well and comfortable. Worth the money. This time i ordered another one, but i ordered the wrong size. The compamy were v easy to deal with in terms of returns. Wish all companies were like this. I rather pay more, to have stress free returns. i will be reordering the correct size.

Good looking hat which protects head, neck and ears from the sun and fits well. Efficient service.

Only one hat in my size so little choice but that was ok. Delivery a little longer than we are used to these days - 7 - 10 days. Hat itself exactly as described and helped enormously on a long planned walking holiday that had not anticipated 30+ degrees. Most other hats blow off or jerk in the slightest breeze - Tilley felt secure all the time

Always had a good experience with Tilley, although shipping took longer this time for some reason but that never overshadows the product quality.

The quality of Tilley is exceptional every item i have bought has been top quality. Delivery is a bit longer than usual but yet the quality speaks for itself so I dont mind a longer dispatch time. Packaging is always good and products always protected well

Good hat, comfortable and fits well. Bought as a replacement for a favourite Tilley hat which I don’t seem to be able to find after 20 years of excellent service & little sign of wear. Maybe it will turn up but I think I like my new one better. It has a slightly wider brim and feels more stylish. The quality feels as good as my missing hat.

Chice of styles and colours and very helpful size guide

Received my pink bucket hat which looks fab! Great quality in manufacturing and finish. I do wonder if I could have gone for the next size down as I feel it is a tiny bit loose. It will fall off if I lower my head. But perhaps the style will do that more easily. It does have a shoelace cord to tie underneath your chin. I would have preferred a cord with slider clip. But hey ho.
