Do not buy anything from this company. I have reported a fault with my vacuum cleaner and they are more interested in sending emails asking the same question than honouring the guarantee, plus response is painfully slow. Absolute waste of money..

Recently my app for robot hoover failed to work was continuously telling me there was an accident after a few emails back and forth to Vactidy they told me to buy new hoover and they would reimburse me after proof of receipt. That was almost a month ago and still no money refund but plenty of false promises that it’s on its way. Just to also be aware Vactidy doesn’t have any UK offices everything is in china so very difficult to get resolution quickly. I certainly have no issues with product but customer services are terrible.

Great customer service, despite the time difference. The product was dispatched quickly, once contacted about the order. The Vacuum was much lighter than my previous one, I have only briefly used it because of not having enough charge in it. The HEPA filter seems very strong when used.

A brilliant vacuum and the service from Vactidy was excellent. I would definitely recommend the V15Max. Good value for money and works so well

The build quality is honestly amazing—solid, robust, and made to such a high standard that you can feel the care put into every part. It arrived beautifully packaged, safe and secure, exactly like a premium product should be.

Now, let me tell you about the performance: honestly, I’ve had many robot vacuums in the past, and none of them have lifted up as much dust as the W15 and its Green Bin have. Bear in mind, before this, I vacuumed my floors every single day with a handheld vacuum I had to borrow from a friend. Even with that daily cleaning, the W15 still pulled out tons and tons of dust, dirt, and dog hair from both my hard floors and carpets—stuff I didn’t even know was there! It’s absolutely incredible how deep and thorough it cleans.

I will say, though, that the navigation and obstacle avoidance don’t quite work as expected or advertised—they feel like they’re still in a beta phase, and aren’t 100% perfect yet. But honestly? That is such a tiny, tiny detail—nothing at all compared to the unbelievable cleaning power and everything else this machine and this company have given me.

The Green Bin itself is such a brilliant, thoughtful design too—easy to remove, simple to empty, and so hygienic to use. Every time I empty it and see just how much it picked up, I’m amazed all over again.

Vactidy hasn’t just given me a great product—they’ve given me back something incredibly precious. They showed me that there are still companies run by real people with real hearts, who care about the stories behind what you buy, and who treat you with kindness when you need it most.

5 étoiles surtout pour mon expérience avec l'assistance au clients de Vactidy. J'avais acheté un robot W15 en promo Black Friday à la fin de novembre et il semblait super joli: puissance d'aspiration de 10,000, large batterie, aspiration turbo sans sachet pour plusieurs jours,simple à nettoyer. Malheureusement le robot est arrivé avec un gros problème: il ne se rechargeait pas sur sa base. Il a été très facile de contacter le même jour l'assistance de Vactidy et de recevoir leur réponses presque immédiate. Ils m'ont guidé pour le retour gratuit du robot et ils ont promptement envoyé une substitution, qu'il est arrivée dans une semaine. Ce nouveau robot semble marcher très bien. De plus, il ne fait pas beaucoup de bruit même s'il a une aspiration très forte.
Chapeau au service client de cette marque. J'espère que rien d'autre va passer mais il est bien de pouvoir compter sur une réponse rapide et de forte aide.
