There is no one answering the phone on either Sales line 1 or Technical line 2. I would strongly recommend you don’t buy any of their products. Our lawnmower is still in warranty but can’t get anyone to answering the phone. The battery won’t recharge and after viewing other people’s reviews they must know they have a problem with their cordless lawnmowers 😡 well eventually someone answered the phone 🥳 they came back to me and told me my battery was not covered under the 12 month warranty and as a gesture of goodwill they would take a percentage off, but I had paperwork for 2 years warranty. In the end I said I would pass all the paperwork to The Office of Trading Standards. In a couple of hours I received a phone call stating the battery would be free of charge. Still not good customer service, now twice this company now emailed me asking me to amend my rating on them. Well I spent a whole day trying to resolve this issue and it was a good job I kept all the paperwork with the warranty as well because I would have been out of pocket. So my rating stays at a one star rating 😡

Tried to register my 2+1 warranty on Yardforce web site 4 or 5 times. Nothing happened. Tried to contact their customer relations department again no contact or able to query if my guarantee has been registered or not. Hopeless support. I purchased my mower through Homebase. Contacted Homebase customer service about problem. Homebase most helpful simply confirmed product was covered with 2 year warranty and to contact them if I had a problem.
Having submitted a 1 star review initially, I received next day immediate contact from Yardforce Customer Service who apologised and registered my 3 year warranty. Appears they were having some IT problems. Thank you.

I bought a Yard Force mains powered pressure washer. It didn't work on first use so I set up an account with them to get access to support. Then I filled out a ticket and expected to wait the usual 48 hours for a pointless response. They EMAILED ME BACK WITHIN 2 MINUTES. Turns out it was user error, they got me sorted in a jiffy. Excellent support and I'm really pleased with my purchase. It's a great piece of kit, compact AND does the job really well. Thanks Hugo and Nicky.

Yardforce Mähroboter hatte keinen Diebstahlschutz. Wieder zurück gegeben. Ist das mindeste was er für fast 500€ haben sollte.
Je déconseille fortement cette marque de robot tondeuse en deux je l'ai renvoyer en sav tous les trois mois pour plusieurs pannes . Aucun geste commercial de leur part.
The battery for my cordless mower was not charging fully and therefore did not achieve the stated run time. The company's service/customer support is I think managed by a 3rd party. They were a little difficult to contact at first but eventually I did speak to someone helpful and after a little to-ing and fro-ing by emails a replacement battery has been supplied. The battery was within its one year warranty so this is only fair. Nonetheless the company did honour the warranty.

Absolutely shocking product. The battery life is awful. DO NOT BUY. We purchased a mower last year, battery life ran out. Bought a new battery this year for €70 and now four months later the battery isn’t working again. Contacted Yard force they blatantly couldn’t care less. AVOID at all costs

I used the jet wash to clean two cars. Much easier to used than the Karcher, as fewer linkages to manage. Handy size and weight, enough power to remove dirt. Small enough to store when out of use.

Admin inquiry was handled politely and efficiently. Prompt delivery to the requested place. Well packed. Assembly instructions are reasonable to follow but could be in a larger font. First tests good and machines lighter to handle than similar petrol ones. Need a period of normal use to give any further comment.

Noch nie so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt. Nie wieder besser Markenartikel kaufen.
As an older person who cannot hump a mower about anymore I purchased a Yardforce 300rbs I have to say it worked great for a few months but decided one day to stop working I contacted Yardforce to be told that I had to return my mower for repair they even gave me a company that would supply me a box to transport it to them (at the cost of £23) I did as they suggest but on the day of collection arranged by Yardforce the currier didn't turn up several emails later still nothing so if your reading this Yardforce shame on you as these mowers aren't cheap there was no facility to give them no stars or I would have do not buy from Yardforce. I sent the mower back to yardforce at my expence they had it a few days then returned it at first it refused to work but the old trick of turning it off then back on again has seemed to work anyway all good for now fingers crossed thank you to Jack who helped me know end

Ich habe im Juni 2020 über den Onlineshop von ALDI einen Akku-Rasenmäher Yard Force 60 V LM M46B erworben. Der Rasenmäher und der dazugehörende Akku wurde laut Lieferbelege durch die Fa. Merotec (durch einen Spediteur) ausgeliefert. Die Fa. Merotec wurde von Aldi in den beigefügten Unterlagen als Service-Partner bei Reparaturen und/oder Garantieansprüchen benannt.
Leider hat sich bei dem Rasenmäher schon im Frühjahr dieses Jahres der Akku (60V/4Ah) verabschiedet. Er ließ sich mit dem gelieferten Ladegerät zeitweise nicht mehr laden. Der Akku funktionierte zwar zeitweise, ich denke aber, dass er in absehbarer Zeit seine Funktion vollständig einstellt.
Frustrierend ist/war dabei für mich lange die Tatsache, dass ich nirgends einen passenden Ersatz-Akku erwerben/bestellen kann und ich den Rasenmäher dann vermutlich entsorgen muss.
Ich habe mich über die Interseite an die Fa. Merotec gewandt. Die Firma ist der Servicepartner für Geräte von Yard Force in Deutschland. Bei dieser Firma wurde der Akku für 159,90€ angezeigt, allerdings als "zurzeit nicht vorrätig".
Nach einem wiederholten Schriftwechsel mit Fa. Merotec wurde mir mitgeteilt: "Wir haben noch ein Akku, der kostet mit Versandkosten 246,78 Euro. Falls Interesse geben sie uns eine Rückmeldung."
Das Angebot habe ich selbstverständlich (un)dankend abgelehnt.
Auf meinen Einwand, dass dies unlautere Geschäftsgebaren seien (es soll Leute geben, die sowas als Betrug einstufen), habe ich von der Fa. Merotec die Antwort bekommen: "Wir sind Service Dienstleister und bei uns können Preise abweichen. Aber wenn Yard Force dies günstiger anbietet wenden sie sich dorthin." (Merotec=Yard Force, Yard Force= Merotec)
Auf der Internetseite von Merotec wird der Akku mit 2 (+1) Jahre Garantie angezeigt/beworben.
(Plus 1 Jahr, wenn man den Akku auf deren Internetseite registriert).
Im Juli war der Akku dann auf der Shop Seite von Merotec plötzlich wieder verfügbar und wurde von mir zum Preis von 159,90€ bestellt. Mittlerweile wurde der Preis im Shop auf 119€ gesenkt.
Ich habe dann einen Akku geliefert bekommen, der bereits über 2 Jahre alt ist (gefertigt 05/2021).
Dass auf dem Akku ein Herstellungsmonat u. Jahr erkennbar/ ist, ist mir allerdings auch erst nach dem auspacken, seiner erstmaligen Verwendung im Rasenmäher und den dann fehlgeschlagenen Ladeversuchen mit dem dafür vom Hersteller vorgesehenen Ladegerät aufgefallen. Der Ladeversuch wurde mehrmals erfolglos wiederholt.
Für ein Akku der nur einmal verwendet werden kann, sind auch 119€ ganz schön viel Geld!
Mehrere Versuche daraufhin einen Garantieanspruch geltend zu machen, wurden bisher durch den Kunden(abwehr)-Service von Merotec ignoriert oder mit „Wenden sie sich an den Hersteller“ beantwortet. Hersteller des Akkus ist die Fa. Merotec, produziert wurde dieser wohl durch irgendwelche Chinesische Firmen für Merotec.
Ich glaube mittlerweile nicht mehr daran, dass die Fa. Merotec an einem einvernehmlichen Lösung/Ausgang (Geld zurück, funktionsfähigen Akku liefern oder …) interessiert ist.
Die Fa. Merotec /Yard Force scheint/scheinen zu meinen, an den zumeist schlechten/negativen Bewertungen/ Rezensionen über unsere Firma können wir sicherlich was ändern und den Durchschnitt (Google-Maps, 152 Rezensionen, Durchschnitt z.Zt. 2,3 und Trustpilot, 124 Bewertungen, Durchschnitt z.Zt. 2,2) noch weiter senken.
Ist der Ruf erst ruiniert, lebt es sich völlig ungeniert!
Wenn man die Rezensionen in den Bewertungsplattformen liest, stellt man fest, dass etliche Rezensenten keinen Stern/Punkt (Ungenügend) vergeben würden, was aber in den Bewertungsplattformen leider nicht möglich ist (nur Text geht nicht).
Dann wäre der Durchschnitt der Bewertungen vermutlich noch um einiges niedriger.
UPDATE vom 27.09.23:
Habe/hatte die Batterie per PayPal bezahlt und konnte somit den Käuferschutz von PayPal in Anspruch nehmen. Der Rechnungsbetrag wurde mir deshalb nach einschalten von PayPal erstattet.
An meiner Meinung zu Merotec und Yard Force ändert dies allerdings nichts: Habe bei Merotec / Yard Force wissentlich genau zweimal gekauft; DAS ERSTE- UND DAS LETZTEMAL.
Have subsequently found out that it is possible to buy a battery and charger for this hedge trimmer. Buying these separately to the trimmer is of course much more costly. Have returned the product and just received a refund.

I really wish I'd read the reviews here before I bought anything from Yardforce. Terrible products, terrible support. Bought a robomower. Worked fine for a few weeks (but the controls and app don't really work). Contacted Yardforce support and got the worst services ever. 4 months of back and forth on emails, Shipped the mower back to them twice. Yardforce returned the mower back to me broken each time. Avoid Yardforce. Useless company.

The installation guidelines do not result in a working product. You should ignore the 30cm boundary suggestion entirely. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the EasyMow 260b now six times over two years to get a good outcome. And even then, whether or not the mower works is less than 1 in 10 tries. The mower just screeches the same way whether it's a "ok, 3hours let's go!" Or "there is a secret problem and I'm not telling you what it is". The app is useless.
Avoid this company. I bought two EasyMow 260bs off amazon (£800 total spend) and I wish I hadnt.
Only leaving this review now because... again... one of my two mowers is screeching and not doing anything. I've only just replaced the entire boundary wire for that unit again, so that isnt the problem. Feels like the company did not test this product before selling it.
I have emailed the company several times over the last year+ of EasyMow 260b ownership and get slow replies sending me to their vague FAQ.

It's not even possible to buy a battery for one of their hedge trimmers from their website. If you send a request for what you want they don't even reply. I shouldn't even need to do this but false advertising told me I could use the same battery type from a Yardforce lawnmower on this Yardforce hedge trimmer. Buying the battery separately has a 900% mark up, or it would have if I could actually buy one.
