I am impressed

Well what can I say
Well what can I say. I wanted to improve the elasticity of my skin on face and tummy and having had a few treatments I am already seeing great results. Note importantly my friends and family have also noticed. Would highly recommend. Also I have used many other services they offer rather than having different clinics all over the place. The staff are diamonds and very helpful and will recommend the best treatments for best results. A*******

Highly recommend. If you want to feel safe, confident and relaxed and comfortable then Jodie does all of this for you. Such a lovely girl and very knowledgeable. Start to finish was an amazing experience and even the after care too. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Disappointed to say 1 star but I…
Disappointed to say 1 star but I ordered and paid for next day delivery but the couriers messaged on the day the delivery was expected to say it would be delivered the following day.
I contacted customer support and was refunded the delivery charge however the inconvenience this caused equates to more than the delivery charge.
The delay was blamed on DPD however I’ve not experienced any other delays coming via DPD.
My point is I know I can get guaranteed next day delivery from other companies- if next day delivery is difficult then please don’t offer a next day service

Hi Charlotte, we are sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with DPD. Our cut-off time for next day orders is 4pm and if you place your order before that, we will dispatch the product on the same day using DPD Next Day Delivery service.
While we understand your frustration caused by not receiving your product on time, we have done everything we could've done to ensure the next day delivery. As per the terms and conditions stated on our website, once the parcel leaves the warehouse, it’s out of our hands and in DPD’s.
Once you have contacted us about the issue you are experiencing, we have issued you a full refund for the delivery as a gesture of good will.
We do not believe that this incident warrants a 1* review as it has nothing to do with our products & our company and while DPD is a brilliant courier company, mistakes happen.
