Simple process.
Very reliable service

Having contacted a number of sites to sell my van. I came across UK Best Van Buyer.
I would appear the are named that as they really are.

Others made it very difficult.
Once I received the quote, I was messaged and advised what to sent using WhatsApp, which made it easy.

I was then told the way to proceed and assited to arrange collection, within 2 days.

The collection driver arrived, even though late, was polite, kind and very efficient.
The transfer of documents and payment also made very easy.

So I made an enquiry to let them no I was going to sell my van. Was given an offer that was very similar everyone else on the markets offer. I was entirely happy with the offer so told them what I wanted for it sent a video and pictures of the van and they excepted my offer. They came the Friday to view the van and paperwork and test drive the van. there was no haggling to try and knock me down I was expecting to be haggled like all the other companies do it didn't happen. From start to finish the process was smooth and stress free once they was happy with van they took my settlement and paid my finance off there and then paid me the remaining balance and signed off my log book so I was no longer the registered keeper. The whole thing on the day was less than an a hour from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure to sell the van it was great selling to you and thanks 🙏

Everything was done either by email, Watsapp or phone and it couldn't have gone any smoother, it was quick, clear and simple.

Would be 5 star, but I had to do a bit of chasing; but they are busy. Sold van no probs would recommend, they do give better price…

Did some searches on line and got a few quotes - and this company gave us the best price for our transit van-
I was a bit nervous as had never sold a vehicle this way- I read their mostly 5* reviews and that really reassured me that this was a decent company and not a scam.
Darren was the main contact- and the whole process couldn’t of been easier from start to finish- I sent photos/video/ pictures of the van/ service history etc - I chose the day that was suitable for us and Darren kept us informed throughout and arranged for Harvey to come and collect the van- Harvey arrived test drove the van and the money was transferred before Harvey left- happy days!
Would 100% recommend them- fair price- no hassle- good communication, speedy service from start to finish.
(I rarely write reviews but reading the other reviews made my decision to use this company- so I hope my review will help someone else who’s a little nervous of selling a van this way -make their decision)

Thanks Darren you made the process so easy. We called on Wednesday afternoon, Ryan came Thursday morning checked our paperwork and checked the truck over. Within 30 minutes money was in our bank, DVLA had been informed and Ryan and truck drove off.

I was very disappointed with this company. They offered a call me in price which I accepted. They then reduced it as they said they had priced it wrongly. Someone attended. Said the van had been damaged on the offside which it hadn't. Reduced price again to now being 4500 less than original price. It was awful. I am not sure who has written these reviews but it is not the experience I had on a 23 plate van. Could not possibly recommend them
