Don't publish with them at all. This guys are an absolute scam. They just want your money. Nothing else. Lack of professionalism and constant lies. Totally dissapointing.

I received wonderful help with publishing my first children's book. The guidance I received from Eric Joseph was excellent in the structure and content of my book. I look forward to working with Eric on my next book.

A solid service from start to finish, with staff allowing me to make changes and corrections during the process without any fuss. I felt involved throughout. I was assigned a chap called Eric who worked directly with me throughout the proof reading stage through to the interior layout, cover design and the actual 'go live'. He kept in touch via WhatsApp which made it super easy to check how things were going, or request changes. He made the whole process smooth and stress free. The service was also a fraction of the cost of other publishing services I have used previously, so great value for money too.

Without mincing words, I am super - impressed with the impeccable service from UK Book Publishing team, for helping me to share my personal reflections on spiritual care and wellbeing support in health and social care systems with people of all faiths, and none.

It was awesome to work with such a dedicated and skillful book publishing team, most especially Adam Page; my book project manager. I have had my novel The Ghost of Bowness published with UK Book Publishing. The service I received was absolutely outstanding. The person from the publishers that worked with me was Emily Richards. They are genuinely interested in getting to know the author as a person rather than simply a client. They are efficient and get tasks completed in good time so there are no long delays between different steps in the publishing process.
They accepted that I had come to the end of my budget for the publishing and marketing process while clearly saddened by the fact that I couldn’t continue with the same amount of financial input.
It would be extremely helpful for a person like myself who is unfamiliar with the technical details of running a website etc, if they were able to offer some helpful back up website managing sessions.

UK Book Publishing exceeded my expectation as a self publishing company.

The majority of contact with them is via a third party app called Basecamp, but you can always call them direct via a UK landline number, which is comforting.

I asked for pricing for additional services including expanded distribution, audio book and marketing. All quotes were provided quickly, but I didn't feel pressured into any of these services.

The service I got included a critical review of my manuscript, which helped me make a few last minute changes before they started their editing process. I had full control over the editing changes, allowing me to accept or reject each proposed change.

The book cover design team took on board my thoughts about the imagery used and produced a version based on my concept, but the cover I eventually went with was of their own creation.

Eric Joseph was my project manager and keep me informed throughout the process. He was very approachable and always provided any information I requested.

Once the files had been loaded onto the KDP site I asked for two proof copies of my book, one hard back the other paperback to ensure the quality before going live. Eric arranged for this and I was extremely happy with the quality of the books, so gave the go ahead to finalize the publication.

The true test of a good service is whether your customers return. I can say when I write my next novel, I will be using UK Book Publishing again.

Publishing a book takes forever...unless you self publish with a company like UK book publishing. Their response to your queries are always answered quickly and they move like lightning. My cover was produced in something like a week and I loved it. Very good.
