This is our first time leasing a vehicle so I was a complete novice when making the initial enquiry. I needn’t have worried, the service I received from the staff was amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble, clear advice given and huge amounts of patience thrown in!
Our vehicle has not been delivered as yet but I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to lease.

I was impressed with the uk account manager individual, Natalie. She was courteous , professional and organised.
Reason for 4 v 5 stars is , in my view, the dealer took too long to confirm a communicated in transit to dealer vehicle was in fact gone. Meant a factory order.

Excellent service from start to finish - was kept well-informed throughout the process, and whilst it took slightly longer than originally anticipated to get the car, I was kept updated, and the excess mileage charge was marginally cheaper than the original quote. Overall, I would certainly recommend.

I was very happy with the service level of my account manager Alex, other than the turnaround time for my messages. He was very effective in providing information just a little slower than I expected. The car I wanted sold out quickly and I compromised with a lower spec, but I am happy with the result and with the value of the contract.
