Easy to use website with clear pricing
I prefer doing most things online and the website was easy to use and very clear, but it was nice to have a contact name email and phone number in case Ineeded.it.
I chose the vehicle I wanted and Carline kept me well informed at each stage of the process involved. After all the checks had been made I was given options for delivery dates. I have not received vechile yet but I'm sure this process will be as smooth.

A genuinely helpful company
A genuinely helpful company. Arranged a lease through their site - the ordering process was well managed and the sales team very responsive over email. It then had troubles due to manufacturer delays, but they were very helpful and happy to swap over to another car they had in stock. Customer service was excellent throughout, easy to get through to and lovely people at the other end.

Helpful staff and straightforward process
Daniel, the agent who has been in charge of my first leasing experience, has been very helpful in guiding me through the application process, which was navigated successfully. I’ve got access to my own customer portal, so that I can follow progress of the process, but Daniel or the customer services team are ready to help if necessary. The whole process has been very straightforward and easy. At the moment, I’m awaiting notification that my vehicle has been acquired, and the relevant information to do with that, then the delivery. I’m expecting delivery to be next month, I can’t wait, I’m really looking forward to it now. Thanks for the guidance.

Very disappointed with the lack of…
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from their side. I had to call them every day for an update, but still did not get any response on where we are. The portal is equally useless with no indication of the current step in the process. Frustrating experience overall, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, there was an unexpected issue between the vehicle manufacturer and finance provider which delayed the dealer being able to formally progress the order. While this issue was outside of our direct control, we completely understand that we should have provided clearer and more proactive updates throughout so you were fully aware of what was happening and what steps were being taken to resolve it.
We can confirm that the issue has now been rectified and the order is progressing. Our team is continuing to work closely with all parties involved to complete the remaining stages as quickly as possible and help work towards your preferred delivery timeframe.
We also appreciate your comments regarding communication and portal visibility, and this feedback has been shared internally as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the customer experience.
