The quality of our paving stones is excellent. They are a great colour (as appeared on the website) and a finish to a very high standard. They tried to provide the order as quickly as possible, and although there was a delay, the admin team were responsive and helpful. very pleased with the end result

I found this company when looking for options for replacing my old cap& ball sets on the terrace pillars. The price was very competitive, they gave me a delivery date and in fact they arrived early very well packed in a pallet! Great experience all around, highly recommend!

Awful, do not use! Placed an order start of August, no notice of purchase, no delivery confirmation, I had to chase them every time! Only yesterday I received the items (1 November). I will not use again. Ever

Placed my order on 4th July 2023. It is now the 21st September and I have no product. Customer service is next to nonexistant. When I did speak with them they considered me to be impatient.

I would not reccomend anyone dealing with this company/.

Exactly the same experience as others have described. 9 weeks since they took my money, haven't had any confirmation or proof that my order is actually in production. They state 4-5 weeks on their site, this is just to pull you in, they are also using an image of a Trustpilot score that isn't reflective of their actual score, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I bought three pillar caps which were for a newly constructed driveway. After ordering I looked at the reviews- not a good idea as i then wondered if they would arrive or be up to any decent standard. I emailed the company to ask when they were coming but hear nothing however one week later they were delivered without any warning. They were well wrapped and on a pallet and were perfect with no chips and I have to say we are delighted with them. They look great on top of 6' pillars and were competitively priced. If I had looked at the reviews first I would not have used the company but I have to say I was very satisfied with the product and it came within four weeks of ordering.

AVOID, AVOID! I'd like to upload a picture of the charcoal coping stones to show how they are leaching minerals and deposits all over the walls beneath them. They have clearly been made incorrectly or by amateurs. I've sent 3 nice emails with the photos asking them to contact me but they have not replied or made any effort to contact me. I've learnt since this experience to ALWAYS check reviews before placing online orders. There are too many bad companies on the net selling rubbish like this and taking our hard earned money.

AVOID !!! Terrible customer service and rude. The owner is a thief they take your money and don’t deliver goods.
I ordered items from this company 12 weeks ago now. Nothing has arrived.
I called them to tell them not to bother any more as any one would , after waiting 12 weeks. As it stated 2 weeks delivery, the owner who picked up the phone tried to give all excuses. I have reported this company to my bank.
The company refused to refund me my full amount of £259. No delivery received.
Shocking !!!

Items at this company are cheap for a reason. I wish I had read all the bad reviews online about this company first.

There is no room on market for these kind of scammers !
These guys sold me some pier caps damaged and these damages are manufacturer mistakes because these guys are a bunch of amateurs ! I’ve sent them around 20 emails with photos proof and didn’t come back to me . After a Month I called them and they hanged up on me ! Now they are not answering to my calls or emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY! These kind of companies shouldn’t trade at all !!!
P.S . Plus I had to wait over 7 weeks to receive these products after chasing them with another few emails and phone calls

Received our peer caps last week good quality product would use again as customer service was brilliant from start to finish amazing service and product

Very poor customer service as I’ve mentioned before.
Finally received my refund after sending 4 unanswered emails,got refund after saying I would contact PayPal.
They deducted £50 for the pleasure.
Be careful as I ordered through uk stone online but response is from uk sculptures ltd.
I will not be ordering with any of them.

The delivery times were not as quoted when making the order for my items. Subsequently this has delayed my job!
