There is no ZERO, this company I believe is fruad. Ordered air fryer 9th Feb 2025, today 7th March, I have written many emails since, but no contact, am disappointed. The tracking shows it is delivered, the courier 17Track.net gave a - bantouyankf@anserx, when I complained. The phone numbers given for courier do not exist or neither the internet contact page. What can I say. RUN

No confirmation or receipt. No item...
Another scam, most likely from China, of course. (It does say up to 20 days' shipping, which was a clue). No address or VAT number, no history or detail about the company on the site. DO NOT USE! I am another victim of fraud, and won't get my item, as the status of my order still says 'Pending' after 11 days. Have raised a dispute via PayPal.

These people need stopping immediately. I am going through the fraud team to have them shut down . They are thieves and have stolen off all these people and myself included and my disabled daughter .

Scam. Product didn't arrive. Despatch email led nowhere. Getting refund via bank.
Also has fake trust pilot score on website.

Wish I had read reviews before I jumped in and made a purchase that sounded too good to be true. Had no response after my money was taken. Emailed them and messaged via PayPal. Heard nothing. PayPal intervened today and gave me a refund. Thank you PayPal.

Scam- I thought I was buying from Legend London but credit card says 'shenfung readymade gar'. Item never arrived. Fb links aren't real. Grammatical mistakes on the site - should have been more careful - but the fact that I thought they were another company (as they were initially listed as on Google) got me!

Don't order with them. Ordered playhouse. Hasn't turned up. Wasn't given delivery date.Emailed them twice no response.Recieved 2 emails in spam from homeshop with receipts of purchase Emailed them and again no reply. Wish I read reviews before ordering.

I have bought from them, I didn't recieve no email or nothing from them. I checked the reviews about them and all like my experience. However I used PayPal and I will open a dispute.

Ordered a12v pipe cutter, paid on my credit card, and then radio silence. They have ignored all my emails and I’ve never received the item. Subsequently I have experienced credit card fraud on my account, which all started after I made this regretful purchase. Please avoid this website like the plague.

I have paid for goods via paypal to this ukdepartmentstore.
I did not get any communication except the instant, thank you for payment. They took the money, failed to send the goods and cant be contacted via the advertised links. I have messaged over and over with no response.
In my book, they are deliberate scammers.

Zero stars!!! The order was taken but the payment wasn’t being processed and no confirmation e-Mail. They now have all my details so I had to cancel my card. Thankfully I twigged before they took the payment. It all looked bonafide but I had a weird gut feeling I should have listened too.

Scammer, they changed their profile . They looks so legit but once you bought the item you receive a weird email .
They never sending your item and you cant get hold of them

Absolute SCAM. Purchased a Ryobi tool for £53. They took the money and ran. It looked so Legit with testimonials also.
I actually score them 0 stars.

I wish I had seen Trustpilot reviews before making my purchase, but the webpage appeared to be so legit I never thought twice about it.
I ordered a microwave which has never been shipped and I have emailed them multiple times with no reply.
I am going to now dispute the payment with my bank as this is how you can get a refund when you have used a Debit Card and this happens.

Just been scammed !!! With a £59.99 air fryer !!! Contacted PayPal and hoping to get a refund !!!

I ordered and paid for a motorbike tent, money taken and nothing received . If the price is to good to be true, it's probably a scam.

I purchased a learning tower for my son for 56.99. Price seemed to good to be true but I took the risk and fell flat on my face. I recieved no confirmation and sent several emails, with no reply.
I have notified PayPal and hoping they would refund me as this website seems like a total scam.
