Absolutely incredible service for the team at estate management solutions. EMS had taken over from our previous management company who where extremely incompetent and since the development appears much cleaner and fresher. The staff are all approachable and friendly and go the extra mile. Leanne has been extremely helpful recently in sorting out an issue with the development roof, the service was excellent and the work carried out was beyond expectations. Keep up the good work guys it’s nice to have a caring development management company

EMS took over the management of our flats a few months ago and honestly they have completely turned it around. The last company was a nightmare to deal with! EMS are professional and easy to talk to, and treat you like a person rather than just another customer on the books.

As a landlord problems/issues occur with my properties which is par for the course. I recently had a drainage issue with a flat managed by EMS which I have to say was sorted very quickly and professionally by my property manager, Leanne Scott. She put me in touch with a very competent drainage contractor who sorted out the issue with minimal inconvenience for the tenants. EMS are a pleasure to deal with (currently Leanne and previously Judy) and should act as a template for other management companies to follow.

Prompt response to enquiries and efficient in resolution. Been very impressed with everyone I've spoken to at EMS. The Director visits the property regularly which is reassuring. They're always prepared to adapt in response to changes & feedback. Would highly recommend.
