From the very start with Freddy, Surveyor being very informative & professional showing me exactly the process & what needed to be done to the brilliant team 'Rob & Robbie' carrying out the removal of the old insulation & install of new insulation - the loft was a very large challenging space to access but was all done with ease - left the house in the same condition as they found it! Turned up on time
Turned up on time, work was completed quickly and all material that needed to be removed was. Then they cleaned all afterwords on landing and stairs.

Excellent fitters
Rob and Robbie our 2 fitters were excellent throughout. Good comms from them and they worked hard throughout. My property was left tidy after completion. The customer facing office staff could do with working on their skills as they let down the overall experience

Excellent lads- Jordan and Stephen both lovely scouser. Hard working, clean and tidy, professional, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Emptied my loft, did the work and put everything back up there again.
Everywhere nice and clean again and neat and insisted on leaving everywhere absolutely spotless.
Give these kids a pay rise! They're a brilliant team and work well together.

WON'T STOP CALLING!
Put in an equiry about our loft and we have realised that it's not the time for us financially to have this done. I have asked this company MULTIPLE times to STOP calling me and they are continuing to do so.
Whoever called me last time has continued to ask me why so I have politely shared our reasons, to which I'm continuing to get questioned?
If this continues, I will report to trading standards.

From our first enquiry we were kept up to date from the company at all times, our loft survey was carried out by Tom, who talked us through every thing, we then went ahead with the loft installation which was completed by Lloyd and Oscar, all old installation removed and taken away and new installation all in place and must say a great job they done, they were so respectful of our property, and they were pleasant and very good and clean workers, thank you

Remedial work
Initial insulation install needed quite a bit of additional work to achieve full coverage. This was performed by an excellent installation team and now looks very good.

Loft insulation installation Dream Team…
New loft insulation installed yesterday by Robbie and Rob. What a team! They worked tirelessly in the heat for nearly 8 hours and remained good humoured despite the challenging conditions.
Everything was carried out as detailed. Old insulation bagged safely ready for disposal by them and upon completion all was left clean and tidy. I couldn’t have asked for more. A professional job well done. Thank you both. Would recommend.

Good workers poor company from our experience
The workers Barry and Ben was brilliant workers, Absolutely no problem with them, they are down to earth and did exactly what was expected of them, no problems.
The company on the other hand I wouldn't rate, To begin with we started with a quote on the Thursday, Was expecting a receipt for the job on this day as a comformation , This wasn't recieved until the tuesday when we requested it again. The time quoted was 1 day, ended up being a day and half. (NOT THE WORKERS FAULT) been told we would have one worker Monday, he fell ill then was told we would have John and Marti Tuesday, found out it wasn't those two who turned up for the job, company obviously doesn't know who they are even sending, the workers did spot on job and got given more work without them knowing they was doing It
When we phoned and had a little complaint the phone was hung up on us.
Would we recommend the workers: Yes
Would we recommend the company: NO
We now have to renegotiate the price due to change of materials and poor communication. Freya was helpful with the ending conversation.

I am very happy to report that my experience with UKESN was excellent. From the initial survey with Ewan that thoroughly inspected the attic and the old existing insulation and discussion about next best steps to improve the loft insulation and felt replacement to further discussion with Derek that was always available, to discuss into detail about planning and pricing of the entire work to Peter and his colleague who endure the excruciating loft heat, the replacement of old felt and insulation went smoothly and quickly in a clean and tidy manner , the entire experience was a clear proof how good and professional this company is. I would highly recommend this company for any roof related work from repair, insulation and boarding.

All I can say is that a lady came and inspected; spent a while chatting with me afterwards and never sent the quote as promised. Would have forgotten only I got an automated email from them today.

Today was the completion of our loft…
Today was the completion of our loft insulation and a new floor. We are absolutely thrilled with the space and the efficiency that has been created by the installers Derek and his son Aaron. They were very polite and did a fantastic job in just a day and a half. They were extremely clean and tidied up after themselves with not a spec dust or a bit of mess left behind, it was almost as if they’d never come to the Home except for the installation. I would highly recommend this company for loft insulation and boarding. They went above and beyond. Very happy customers i’m very happy that we chose them out of four estimates. 👍🏼😊

Great job
After the initial survey which turned our not to have been totally comprehensive, ( We discovered vermiculite -an old form of insulation under the old Rockwool. This stopped work as there was a possibility it could contain asbestos!! Fortunately this turned out not to be the case.) I found this company to be extremely good. Manager Derek kept in touch with me patiently whilst I attempted to get other quotes for comparison. There was absolutely no hard sell, infact I was offered various options to ensure I could get the work I could afford.
Stephen and Jordan who completed the work..a big job for 2 men, in only 2 days...were absolutely brilliant!! Really pleasant, polite and smenable. They checked that we were happy with everything at various stages throughout the job and on completion Highly recommended!

New loft insulation
From the initial survey (James) through to the installation of new loft insulation everything went very well.
Rob and Robbie were on time, did thorough checks and made sure carpets etc were protected before any work started. I am very happy with the result and the fitters were thorough and methodical.
Follow up call from the office to check I was happy indicated that this is a company that cares.
