From initial inspection to completion of work everything was explained clearly.
Our fitters, Robbie,Rob,Tom and Paul were excellent. They explained what they were doing at every stage of the job. They worked efficiently, were courteous and polite. They made sure everything was clean and tidy when they had finished. We would not hesitate to recommend them, a splendid job and we are really pleased.

Excellent materials and workers. Robbie, Rob, Tom and Paul are first class, in fact we have never had such great workers, despite having travelled a long distance they were straight into the job clearing the old loft insulation out, laying new insulation and tongue and groove boarding. They then left the loft and hallway spotless. I can't praise them enough.
The office staff also kept us informed as to who would be coming and when. Excellent firm altogether.

Im being harassed daily. Looking for a susan who has either mistyped her number or given mine. I have told them multiple times i am not susan and are still receiving multiple phonecalls a day even after blocking the original number that called me.

I had a loft full of insulation that had to go.
I had a loft full of insulation; three types from different eras. Rockwool, vermiculite and Knauf Earthwool. My aim was to remove all that and start again.
Simon arrived to carry out a survey of the property and advise on the way to improve the damp in my loft. The plan involved scooping and vacuuming out the vermiculite and then cross laying 300mm of new Knauf insulation. That was done by a team of four working for three days.
Andy, Amy (forgive my spelling?), Dennis and Kade worked so hard to do the demanding work with as little disruption as possible. I am pleased to say that they did a great job with respect shown for my humble home. Thank you.
Oh, if they come to yours, give them biscuits as well as tea! They deserve it.

I cancelled my appointment after…
I cancelled my appointment after reading other customer reviews and feeling uncomfortable with the way the survey process was being handled. I was told that both me and my wife needed to be present for the appointment, which immediately raised concerns. As I explained on the phone, my wife does not deal with these kinds of matters, so there did not seem to be any genuine reason why she had to attend.
From reading previous reviews, it gave the impression that requiring both homeowners to be there is part of a sales tactic to create pressure to agree to the work on the spot. Whether that is the intention or not, it did not leave me feeling confident about going ahead. My wife already worries enough about things around the house, and I was not comfortable putting her in a situation where she might be unnecessarily alarmed just to secure a quote.
Because of this, I decided to cancel the appointment. Others may have a different experience, but the approach did not give me the reassurance I would expect from a professional company.
Update post response: kindly note that it was not optional to have my wife present. It was clearly stated that the visit would not go ahead without both owners present and this was after the fact I’d said my wife doesn’t deal with these things. It’s noted in many reviews of the pressure tactic used and this is just another example.

To clarify, when a property is jointly owned we sometimes ask for both homeowners to be present simply so that any recommendations, costs, and technical details can be explained to everyone involved at the same time. This helps avoid situations where information is passed on second-hand or decisions are made without both parties having heard the same advice.
There is absolutely no obligation to proceed with any work following a survey, and the visit is intended to provide information so homeowners can make a decision in their own time.

Make sure you get what you agreed to.
You offered a loft survey without obligation, so I was miffed when your rep, Paul, was about to walkout without doing the survey because he suspected I wasn’t going to commit.
He showed us a sample of what the foil looked like, and to our recollection it was nothing like the SF foil that was eventually fitted.
Towards the end of the second day of installation, your men had removed one layer of the old fibre and were about to put 100mm of new insulation on top of the 45 year old insulation which was still in place. I couldn’t believe they would even consider doing that, however much they had misread the contract. In the event they had to come back a third day to finish the job properly.
The installation in the loft looks neat and Alex and Theo were pleasant and easy to deal with. How effective the new insulation is, it’s a bit early to say.
The whole exercise has forced us to get rid of a load of junk up there!

Workman (Cos) very polite, did an excellent job.
Workman (Cos) arrived on time, very polite, started work straight away, didn’t stop until the loft was finished. Asked me to check the work before he put tools down. Cleaned up all debris and took it away with him. Very pleased, could not expect any more from him.

Efficient and friendly service
Friendly, efficient, informative. Not pressurised to have any work done once inspection was done. Fitters were polite, efficient and friendly. All done in less than a week between Bernie coming to survey and work completed.

From start to finish the experience was good
From start to finish the experience was good. The rep Thomas was very good at explaining how it all works…he even drew pictures! He was very personable, likeable, and clearly knows his stuff, and he made it happen within a matter of days. The guys that fitted the insulation were great too - punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient. I’m really impressed and will definitely be recommending UK Energy Saving Network to others.

A Satisfactory Installation
The company carried out the installation satisfactorily and were careful when in our home and apart from a couple of logistical problems early on in the two day's that the installation took carried it out to the contract we agreed. Two small glitches afterwards were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.Awaiting a cold snap to test its full effectiveness and appreciate its overall value
