Although there were a few initial problems the company dealt with them quickly and efficiently
On the installing day the fitters were brilliant Polite and pleasant
Being an older customer it was reassuring to have these fitters in my house
They worked carefully in my property and left it very keen and tidy
Although not the cheapest quote I researched the material and am hopeful that it will help my sometimes chilly cottage to keep warm

Fitters turned up over two hours late…
Fitters turned up over two hours late through no fault of theirs I must add
They had to travel a long way and were held up road accident .I was told originally the fitters would be local said the job would take there till late evening which l was not prepared to settle for

We’re sorry the original appointment didn’t go to plan. Our installer did arrive but was delayed due to a road traffic incident outside of his control. As the work was likely to run beyond 5pm due to your prior commitments, it was agreed to reschedule for the following week.
We were later informed that, due to illness, the rearranged appointment would not be going ahead and it was not rescheduled again, so the installation did not proceed.
We appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise and were happy to accommodate the revised arrangements.

On time & efficient
On time. Pre installation work to cover all carpets with clingfilm very helpful to prevent damage to carpets & facilitate clearing up. All agreed work completed to improve insulation in all 5 lofts & corridor. Cannot assess as yet effect but very promising. Friendly and helpful interaction with Chey & Callum throughout visit.

rush job
the installers were in a rush never showed me before & after pics left me with no power as they switched off wrong sockets I was not able to check loft for myself expensive just hope it saves money on bills .

We’re sorry to hear that parts of the installation left you feeling rushed, as our teams are expected to take the time needed to complete work carefully and ensure everything is left in good order for the customer.
Following your concerns about the power supply, we arranged for an independent electrician to attend the property to inspect the wiring. We are currently awaiting their written report so that we can review the findings fully and ensure everything is addressed appropriately.
As soon as we receive the report, we will follow up to make sure any remaining concerns are resolved.

We asked for a free survey from this company. The surveyor, Craig, made a thorough job of this, taking many photos and readings and discussing his findings with us in depth. Unfortunately we have a large attic that needs completely clearing and reinsulating and the cost is beyond us at present as we have other works in progress. We will renew contact when these are complete. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

The best loft rejuvinators
The company was well represented from start to finish.We had the pleasure of the company of Mitch and Ben two young guys who could not have been more caring.Our particular loft was utterly decrepid and these guys cleared the lot and also sprayed all the frame work to deter any insect invasion,thanks guys you were tremendous.

A job well done
From the visit of Assessor Craig, who was friendly and informative, through to installation the service was very professional. Lee and Anthony removed old insulation, sprayed loft with biocede treatment and fitted new insulation. They were quick, tidy and cleaned up when finished. They explained everything to me and invited me to check work when complete. Would certainly recommend.

ESN loft insulation…
From initial conversation to completion of the work everyone was very helpful. We spoke to Pippa who arranged the first inspection and as we were unsure about the outcome Pippa arranged for a senior person to come. Bernie came and was professional and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining to us and answering questions even though he had other calls to make. We felt that we were important and were supported well including support regarding health requirements. This enabled us to make the decision to go ahead.
Within days we had the technicians here to remove old insulation and replace with the new safe insulation. The technicians Mitchell and Ben were great. They were professional and kept us informed of progress and tidied afterwards. We were left with no mess and they took everything. All in all we are extremely satisfied with the work and especially the support of Pippa and Bernie and Freya in the office. Thank you

The two lads arrived on time
The two lads arrived on time, cleared my loft, and put down the new insulation in two days. They took all the old insulation and all the things I did not want to keep away and cleaned up everywhere after they had finished, job well done.

Actual work which was done is ok but as for the rest of it….
First of all the guys were late, then when they pulled up just sat in van for ages. Then when they started the work were arguing constantly all day. Made for a very long day

The lad worked hard and long hours. Respected my property and made sure to clean up and remove all waste before he left for the evening.
