very bad billing there system charge double they not keen to refund either very bad service

Scam! Ordered in December, still not received, ignoring my emails and calls.

Made an order. No confirmation of order being dispatched. No tracking link sent. Email address on website doesn’t exist. Phone number is out of use, it has another company’s voicemail message. Barely spoke with the online chat on the website, very poor communication skills, no customer service, pick and choose when to reply. Thankfully purchased through PayPal who will retrieve my money. It is a scam website, DO NOT USE!

SCAM, they not posting, you loose your moneys

Scam company. Never sent my items. They replied to my emails with very poor English, telling me to wait for the product but never actually providing me with tracking information (after many excuses why they couldn't)...
Ended up getting a refund from PayPal. Never heard from The seller again.

ukfastgas.com is a SCAM! They are selling under fake company names, their accounts are frozen, and you obviously won't get any goods if you send them any money. Don't give them your card details in any circumstance and if you have done it, block the card and contact your bank.
I'm someone who sent them money through bank transfer and hasn't heard back since.

My item did not arrive on time and I emailed to ask for a refund and haven't heard anything back for 2 weeks. I realised what happened - the address somehow became a combination of my old address and new address when autofilling. Would be nice to reach some kind of resolution with them
