The service we received from Jon and Steve was exemplary. We contacted them at a moments notice in the hope that they would be able to meet our incredibly short deadline. We had found our brand new dream bungalow and were only able to secure the purchase if we could exchange and complete a week before Christmas. They assured us that they would be able to meet this deadline and we needn't have doubted them for a minute. They went above and beyond to do so and we were able to meet our deadline and move in, in good time for Christmas. I cannot convey highly enough, the trouble that they went to, in fact; nothing was too much trouble and they took the usual hiccups in the process in their stride and completely took all of the stress out of the situation for us. All in all, they turned a very uncertain situation into an, all too rare; stressless and positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Was looking to sell my house without the fuss of an agent ! A representative from Uk home buyers came out the very next day after me contacting them , they made an offer the same day which I accepted and from start to completion it only took just over 3 weeks No estate agent could of achieved that result so fast. very friendly and approachable on the phone, I’m still deciding what to do at the moment but out of all the companies I’ve spoken to this week, these seem to be the only ones who are not using pushy sales tactics to win me over, just honest advice and the offer is pretty much what i expected it to be. I will probably go with them if i do end up going down this quick sale route
