Excellent online course, perfect speed of learning with great mix of tuition, practice sessions and discussion. Extremely knowledgeable tutors, very approachable, time to ask for clarification on any points needed. Excellent handbooks and suggestions of wider reading, superb support ongoing post-qualification to help set up your business and develop as a therapist. Highly recommend.

Excellent online support. I would definitely recommend the online course. The flexibility and the right level of accountability allowed me to work around other commitments easily. My coach and all tutors were available when needed and the student community was amazingly encouraging. There was plenty of opportunity to develop and test my new skills with other students and gain useful feedback and inspiration. The course was well structured with excellent tools and resources to add to my therapy practice.

Having just completed the online level 5 Diploma with the college I am very impressed with the standard and quality of the course. It may be on line learning but the virtual practice sessions along with 1-1 with my coach have given it a really personal touch and reduced the feeling of studying in isolation, providing the opportunity to share experiences and ideas. It is well worth the investment in yourself and on going learning. I have also gone on to book with the business coach who you are provided with free access to during your studies in order to assure my business can be successful as I start out on my own. Highly recommend.

The College offers a high level of ongoing support for students, with good quality CPE. The certificate courses are excellent both in teaching and materials.

I started this course at the beginning of 2023. It has brought positive changes to my life and opened up a new career path in CBT-Hypnotherapy. The college is great for distance learners like me to feel involved and motivated to complete the course. The online environment is good and the setup and support is so much better than I experience in the distance learning MSc I’m doing at the same time. The course content is good, evidence-based (important for me and lacking in many hypnotherapy trainings) and engaging and the practice sessions and coaching help embed the learning. The coaching sessions are great and ensure a quality of learning as students progress through the course. Highly recommend.

I completed the diploma in Jul 2022, after signing up and beginning the live webinar version in Jan 2022. The teaching was very logical, with several teachers from a variety of different backgrounds, each bringing their own specialisation to various sections of the course.

We had a great group of people on the course, who helped each other out and gave constructive feedback as we all progressed.

There is a huge amount of content and research, led my Mark. I particularly liked his no-nonsense approach to therapy and resonated a great deal with his style of instruction. He is very knowledgeable and approachable, with an informative teaching style.

The assessment is thorough, so I would recommend starting the coursework as soon as you can. The questions made you get back into the books, so you learn just as much when you go back over the work.

There will be a huge amount of techniques and skills you can bring into your own practice.

This course represented excellent value for money given the quality of teaching and support. This is not just a script-reading course. You will learn the science behind hypnosis and develop a way to bring this into your own practice if you so wish.

I am a physician-neuroscientist living and working in the US.
When during Covid I decided to transition my career into hypnotherapy, I had a lot of concerns regarding the fact that most schools in the US didn’t seem to have a strong evidence based approach to hypnosis.
When I found the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, it was like a perfect match! My experience at the college was outstanding. Their offer of an evidence based curriculum was extremely comprehensive and the course was a wonderful opportunity to learn a new skill from very knowledgeable and experienced practitioners as well as a meaningful opportunity to create my own network of colleagues. I'm very grateful for this course. Excellent training and so many tools provided for working with clients. I completed the Level 5 Higher Diploma and enjoyed every minute of it. I have just completed the Level 4 online diploma in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. Having started in February with little knowledge of hypnotherapy I am now ready to launch my website and start seeing clients!
